"This food is so gross. I ordered 3 meals, mild/lemon pepper and paid $50. The chicken was soggy, absolutely no flavor and sitting in a pile of grease! How do you have 2 flavors and the chicken is still bland? If I was from the area I would’ve taken it back for a refund. Will not be eating here again. Definitely a waste of money. Update: Called to let the manager know the food was horrible and I wanted a refund. She says she can’t give a refund without the food so I let her know I’ll be disputing the charge. She says, “Oh that’s probably the best way”. Horrible food and customer service."

"How disappointing. I love wing stop where I am from. This place didnt even have the decency to try and make the situation right. Their website kept saying there was an error when I was ordering then kicked me off and made me restart so I used my husband's card thinking it may have had something to do with Autofill it took my husband's info just fine. They charged me adter kicking me off the website and my husband with MY SAME NAME!!! THEY CHARGED us twice THEY seen the same order come in twice and had zero thought to call us had zero thought to make it right. Their customer service is lacking due to the people clearly not liking or caring about their job behind the counter. I will never order food from here again not in this area. I have 80 wings.... I wish I knew where homeless people hung out so atleast something good could come of this otherwise a bunch of food is getting wasted. Enjoy that tip and 120$ because it will be the last you ever see from me and I will scream from the mountain tops not to order food from here!! *packaging sucked *food sucked * customer service sucked"

"Zero stars isn’t an option and I hate it. I ordered two chicken sandwich meals with the fries upgraded to large that’s it. There’s no pickles on the sandwich which is litterally the only topping. It took them over an hour to make it, it was all cold because it’s takes multiple people to fix one drink machine. I placed my order at midnight and didn’t get home with dinner until 1:30 just to have to reheat it myself. Trust and believe expect a call from me in the morning because I want a refund or I want this replaced. Literally what are yall doing?"

"Yuck! I’m surprised the health department haven’t shut place down. The wings Tasted raw with sauce on them the fries were cold. The cashier gave me a cup and watch me try to dispense Soda from each selection, but none of them worked. I told the cashier and the cashier Replied oh yeah I forgot to tell you, the soda machine don’t work. The food was so gross and Not prepared properly I felt instantly sick🤢 where is the health department when you need them because Management definitely is not doing their job to keep this place operating as it supposed to."

"I am not sure what has changed, but this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had had at this Wingstop!! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! We got our food so much quicker than estimated. I just had to compliment the staff working this shift on 10/10/2025, at 5:00pm. Thank y’all!"
