"I came here after I left another wing spot not far from there buying some fish and WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. So I decided to get some wings and tenders, I ordered online from my phone ,the food was ready and hot when I got there. My food was still fresh , hot, and tasty when I got home. Will be going back again . I only gave them a 4star because the guy behind the counter seemed to have had an attitude about the call ins that weren't paid online. You have to hold those comments in when you are dealing with customers. Several customers heard him, and his facial expression showed displeasedment ."

"I stood in this place 30 miss after I placed my order online waiting for my food. I only had a 20 piece boneless wing combo. I was offered something to drink while I waited by the young man at the register. No one kept me up to date on my order as I sat watched people who came in mind after me receive their food. I had to ask what was going on, I was then notified that my food had not even been dropped to cook. I wasnt offered any type of compensation or an apology for the delay."

"If I could give no stars I would. I order from here sometimes twice a week and have never had a problem with service or food quality. I placed an online order and this time the quality of the food was terrible. The tenders were so hard and dry, I couldn’t even eat them. Not too mention, where is the sauce? I’ve reached out to have this resolved but have received no response. Is unfair to pay for food you can’t eat. I will not be back until the issue is resolved."

"Chicken was not thoroughly tossed. Fries were just a clump of undercooked oily slop. Had to repeat my name 3 times because the guy couldn't understand English. Had to remind them that I had a drink with my order. May be better at other locations but this one was a waste of time and money. Avoid"
