"Ordered online at 5pm for food to be ready at 5:45 arrived and food was not ready. At 6:11 pm asked about how much longer and she said she did not have an order for me. I explained well I have a receipt and order number. After going back and forth was told oh I found it the printer was out of paper. We will put your order in front of everyone else so Just give us another 30 minutes to have it ready. This is unacceptable! A group of people outside door not allowed to enter by worker at door fanning himself with a drink holder. If they are that busy why are there employees standing around not working? not helping prepare food or assisting with getting orders ready quicker or making sure printer has paper for online orders? Wonder how many other people are waiting for an online order that the workers haven’t even checked on? The fries were too soggy and too spicy to eat. They need a better system in place to assist customers quicker. Employees rude and making faces like they would rather be somewhere else. Not a good experience. Hire new employees!"

"Had an issue with my order where I had to come back three times. I'm always on the go so I needed Wigstop for one of my cravings. Well long story short Josh (Manager) help assist me to complete my order how I originally asked. He had a good attitude, made sure It was to my liking and was very helpful with communication."

"It is absurd that they want to charge 1.89 per a small container of ranch dressing, when a whole bottle cost 3.97, so I got 30 pieces of wings and not a single drop of ranch, unless I pay for it"

"This location is extremely inconsistent. They either over-season their wings or don’t season them at all. Our most recent order was completely bare, which is unacceptable for how expensive the food is. When we mentioned it, the shift lead didn’t apologize and blamed it on training new employees, with no accountability and an unprofessional attitude. Check your food before you pull off!"

"The food is good “IF” they get the order correct. 4/5 stars The people working here couldn't care less about the customers. Even the management. Ask for a manager, and they’ll give you the same “don’t care” attitude as the regular employees. Just TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. 0/5 stars Good food or not, the terrible service and environment is enough to cripple a business."
