"The quality of their food was amazing. Honestly I haven't been to a wingstop before and now after stopping here, I'm glad to have tried it. Service was awesome. People was friendly and informative. The food was cooked perfectlyand even with the sauce on it, the chicken stayed crunchy. Absolutely perfect. Thanks for experience and great food. Hope to come back and try another flavor."

"Waited 40+ minutes for my order. Watched them put the bag on the shelf, they knew I was here and didn’t bring the bag out to me, had to wait 10 minutes because nobody was at the front counter. We get home and there are no fries with my order and the chicken is severely under seasoned. This place continuously sucks every time I go😂😂"

"On January 30, I placed an order online for in store pick up. I waited for my order inside. When my order was ready my fries were cold, so I asked for an order of hot fries. The employee Leo making the fries rolled his eyes. Once the fries were done cooking, the employee at the front counter handed me the bag and I asked for ketchup. Leo (the employee) then stated to his coworker to tell me, there’s ketchup at Walmart. Go buy ketchup at Walmart! The manager James stood there without saying a word, until I asked to speak to a manager. I’ve called corporate multiple times about my experience, and the owner/district manager still has not reached out to me about this issue. I want to make sure the owner is aware of how their employees are treating their customers since the manager James had no care in the world."

"Don't know where this place been my whole life. We need one in Alabaster. The wings were great, the fries were amazing, and the ranch was drinkable. I went at 8:20pm tonight and the young lady taking my order was polite and didn't seem bothered by the multiple questions I asked her. Will definitely be back because I was supposed to go for the chicken sandwich but got wings. 🤔"

"A wing place? I'm down for it, they got boneless wings which are my personal favorite at a wing place, I had gotten a 20 piece for $16.99 which isn't a bad deal to be honest. 15 Minutes later I got my food so that's probably what people were so mad about, it was the waiting times, at least for me I want the food to be hot and fresh, so I don't mind them taking their time. I had the clever idea of trying their hottest sauce, Atomic and boy let me tell you I am a spicy type of guy but this sauce definitely burned my mouth quite a bit. I'd recommend this place for any wing/spicy lovers. 🌶"
