"We ordered on line last night for dinner on Sunday 1/11/25. It said that it would 15-25 minutes. When I got there the restaurant was packed! I knew it would be longer which it ended up being much longer. I was fine I will say there were only 3 employees working and they were doing the absolute best and wonderful job. Very kind even when some customers were not kind to them at all. Our food was correct and very good. I just wanted you to know the 3 people working were doing their very best!"

"Went in the first time to pickup my friend workers we very rude told another worker to lock the door behind me. Went to go get food to try and give them a second chance ordered it online showed up they didn't even make it mind you I already paid and they told me it would be 2 to 3 days before I got my refund I will never go back to Wingstop again."
