"I would give 2 stars only because the girls that were working in there were nice but I wont be back. I waited at least 45 min probably a hour just for 10 small boneless wings and fries. They were in there working with NO gloves on, and when I saw one of the girls starting to wash dishes with out gloves also and being on her phone it definitely had me wanting to cancel my order and get a refund. Why are you touching all these things with your bare hands then prepping customers food as well with no gloves , just nasty 😩"

"They always give me my order wrong, missing items usually. Then when you ask them about the missing items they just say things like "oh, we don't have anymore". When you already paid for it, they don't even offer to substitute the item for another one or refund, until you ask for it."

"I have never previously written a review, but my experience was SO TERRIBLE, that I had to share it. I had planned to go to another establishment, but as I left the Publix across the street, I saw the Wing Stop sign, so I decided to stop. The person who took my order was nice and said that it would take about 15 minutes to prepare my order. It was closer to 25 minutes. Once I got my order and sampled my fries, they were lukewarm. (I had to reheat them in the air fryer when I got home.) Most of my fries were dry, hard, and crunchy, not the fresh, plump, pipping hot fries with the great Wing Stop seasoning that I was used to. I frequent Wing Stop locations, so these were the "driest" wings I had EVER had! There was hardly any sauce on the wings or in the container that they came in. I was SO disappointed in my experience that I will not be going back to that location, especially because we all know that the Wing Stop experience is not a cheap one!"

"My wife placed an order at 5:26 p.m., I arrived at the restaurant at 6:15p.m., I paid for the food at 6:35p.m., food wasn't ready until almost 7. I attached the receipts from her order, this is very disappointing and poor customer service. The pick up time was suppose to be 5:44p.m., how?"

"I want to give a big shoutout to Calea for her excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure my order was taken care of quickly and correctly. She carried herself with professionalism while still being warm and friendly, which made the whole experience even better."
