"Complaining about soda doesn’t seem like a really big deal until you factor in lack of common sense. Today, Thursday 26 Feb 2026 an order was placed that included 3 Coca-Colas… and I was given what you see in the picture. Granted, I should have checked. But come on bruh, who was the genius at the Prattville, AL location that served these Cokes? I bet his or her thought process was like: “Yeah, the consistency and color of these sodas are top-notch. I should totally quit my job here and be a full time Soda Jerk.” *Takes a test sip* “Mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! Better flavor than the free samples at the Atlanta Coke museum!” Prattville WingStop, in all seriousness, I know it’s just soda, but that was uncalled for. I was even hoping for a mistake thinking it was ginger ale but no, just carbonated water with a pathetic splash of Coke syrup. Well, I narrowed down the date this took place at your restaurant. You can pretty much pinpoint who in your restaurant has extraordinary soda serving skills."

"My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The place was in poor condition—the floors were sticky, and there seemed to be a serious lack of employees. To make matters worse, a manager was conducting interviews right in the lobby and ordering area. The wait times were unacceptable; we waited over 35 minutes for our wings, while the customers ahead of us had been waiting even longer, at least 45 minutes. The wings were undercooked and had no flavor. I would skip the restaurant."

"First time eating there and the experience was okay. Nothing I'm going wild about. The wings were too small, not worth for the price in double digits $$ that you're paying for. The fries were bland. It was without salt, but once I ate them, it did needed some seasoning, but do get a lot of them, which I was happy on that point."

"This Wingstop had quite possibly the best employees I’ve seen so far at Wingstop. The only gripe I have is that I asked for a water cup and they charged me for a regular drink. The employees were top notch though. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and my order was taken promptly. As someone from an area where the Wingstop employees couldn’t care less, it was a refreshing experience."

"We put in an order 2 days prior online for 200 wings (2 100pk classic packs) for an event at 1:30, for pick up at 1pm. Walked into the location at noon to insure they had the order and it would be ready on time. They assured us at 12pm it would be ready at 1 and confirmed they had it after we gave our order number. We arrive at 12:50pm which they could not find our order and had not started it at this point… While the staff was apologetic and mentioning they are having issues with their “future orders” online- it’s ridiculous we popped in to make sure it was square and Wingstop received it (we are from out of state) and then we get there and they literally can’t find the order and it took 10-20 minutes of confusion and copying the order from our phone to finally start it. We are now going to be late for our event- received our hot fries and cold ranch at 1:17- the first batch of wings at 1:22 and the second batch of wings at 1:28. We are now leaving your location at the time we should be serving the food. They also loudly exclaimed if they knew about it they’d have it ready ahead of time when we had already popped in even though we came in an hour before it was due and they confirmed they had it (we put the order in online 2 days prior as well)- they also stated they had a similar issue the day prior with online ordering with someone else. yeah to say we’re never ever coming back to this location for another order is an understatement…. considering we spent over $260.00 for THIS- we will likely be contacting corporate. We didn’t have time to double check our order so hopefully it’s all there and not undercooked due to the rush."
