"10/1/24 Update: Ordered via the Wingstop app. Was delivered by Doordash. Missing an item. Drove down to store location. The woman manager went above and beyond, to make sure things were made right. 2/29/24 update: The last few times we have ordered, my wife has been satisfied with the quality. 5 stars. 3/15/22 update: The last 3 times have been slightly better. Definitely nowhere near the level of quality/service that we've experienced, from the Northern Lights locationš Picked up large order on time, to find that the 2 large fries were super cold. By the time they fixed the fries, the chicken was cold. The chicken also had a more than usual amount of seasoning, that made it difficult to eat."

"Placed an online orderat 11pm with an 11:20 ETA per the confirmation email 2 fries and 20 wings. Itās now past midnight 12:05 and Iām still sitting here waiting. I finally ask the girl at the register whatās going onāshe casually tells me sheās on break. Great, but⦠why is she the only one visible behind the counter? And why is she just chilling there talking to staff.. When I did just finally get my order, itās missing the two fries. Thats half the damn order. I ordered ahead to avoid wasting my night, but instead, I ended up stuck waiting over 40 minutes just to leave with an incomplete order. Absolutely unacceptable. This place os trash šļøš"

"The first time I ever ate here, the food was amazing. Perfectly sauced wings and cheesy, seasoned fries. So, of course, it was so good the first few times I kept coming back. One night, I decided to order through doordash, and they forgot an entire bag of my food. So, I ended up calling myself to ask about my food and was put on hold as I began driving to the store(still on hold on the phone). Right before I arrive, they take me off hold and explain to me they'll just make my entire order over and ask what EXACTLY I got. I pull up to the store, they are NOT BUSY n the girl tells me, "Oh, we were wondering why there was an extra bag sitting here." As they continue to make my "entire order over," they forget the SAME ORDER THEY FORGOT THE FIRST TIME, THAT'S WHY I HAD TO COME IN MYSELF TO GET IT. I didn't even want to stay there any longer, I had a long day of work and just wanted a nice meal for dinner. All that trouble, I just thanked the cashier and left. One day, I decided to deliver for doordash myself. I go to pick up the customers order and the bag isn't sealed, my drink isn't made (I'm not being held responsible for a drink when they are slow enough, to WORK N MAKE IT THEMSELVES. I ask the girl if she can reseal the bag because I refuse to deliver it that way, and the customer thinks I tampered with it. She goes ahead and gives me another seal to SEAL THE BAG MYSELF and tells me, " they probably wouldn't have cared!" NO!, SHE DIDN'T CARE! Employees should be more passionate about what they do in the food industry. You are feeding OTHER PEOPLE! Use a HAIR NET, GLOVES, ENJOY YOUR POSITION. If not, then you shouldn't be working with others, let alone others FOOD. One year later, here I am giving it another go, ordered through DOORDASH n AGAIN WINGSTOP forgets part of my order. But this time, the employee just told me to get a refund through doordash. She didn't even care that they forgot to make a part of my meal. OFFICIALLY NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE! Train your employees better."
