"I ordered, arrived 3 minutes after the maximum 15 minutes after my order was set to be ready. When I arrived, my order hadn't even been started. I waiting 18 minutes I minutes for my food. So, in total 32 minutes on a slower time to prepare 1 chicken sandwich and fries. Lazy young kids that lack work ethic. Unacceptable, especially since this has happened to my fiancé and daughters. To owners/management, something needs to change or the negative reviews will keep flowing in. Trying auditing your S.O.P. (standard operating procedures), P.O.S., and more importantly, your employees. Jersey Mike's in the same complex and their employees put your practices or lack thereof to shame!!"

"June 2nd Placed a order online, showed up at the pickup time and they couldn't find the order. Finally made the food and left. Once home my wife ate a chicken tender and then cut the 2nd one open to cut into pieces for our ONE year old son...RAW chicken inside!!! And actually still cold... I called the manager and she said "OMG that's my fault, I'm so sorry I tried to get it out as fast as possible" Then said I could come back up for more chicken (probably just as raw) or get our money back. Asked for the money back and she said no problem but it'll take about 5 days to go back on the card. Today is June 14 and haven't heard anything. Monday morning I will be contacting their corporate office to get my money back. Will never return to this location, and this isn't the first time we've had problems here. Disgusting place.."

"Just opened so had to try it. Got the 30 wing combo and a chicken sandwich. What I learned from the new team members is that the sandwich takes 7-8 minutes. The problem is that by the time I received my order, the wings were warm, overcooked, crispy and dry. Fries were warm, dark and soggy. This was at 930pm. I will try again during the day and not order a chicken sandwich and see how the wings and fries are presented. The new crew are very nice and helpful. The timing of the food coordination just needs to improve as they get more experience."

"Came to this location with the family, they seemed burdened that we came in at 8:30 saw we had kids and acted even more dead to the world and like we shouldn't be there. We got tenders and two sandwiches which the chicken was good, but the fries were salted and had sugar caked on them probably an attempt to make our kids hyper, we went to eat in they automatically made it to go and got upset when we went to sit down. Around 9 3 other teenagers walked in and they were all being super loud sounded like they worked there as well, the kids that came in were doing more cleaning and work than the actual guys on the clock, somebody from the back started throwing ice at the kids that came in. Very unprofessional was not impressed with this location at all."

"First time eating here, the guy up front was very helpful and the fries were some of the best I’d ever had. This was on an afternoon some months ago. Recently I grabbed some fries from here for dinner. Staff seemed like zombies with no personality and were almost to the point of being disrespectful. Fries came out and these were not like the ones I had before. Soggy and unseasoned, previously crisp and well seasoned. I’ve had better fries from underneath the car seat. Threw most out when I got home. Haven’t gone in the day in some time, but I’m assuming it’s mostly stayed the same. Day crew =😃 Night crew =🙁"
