"This was my large fry. What a joke. This has always been my favorite wingstop to order from but no more. I opened my bag that i ordered to-go and saw that the fry wasn't a large. No problem, i put it on the counter with the receipt and waited patiently. The cashier came over and i told her i actually ordered a large and she looked at me confused and said that is a large. I told her no, i order a large all the time because i share a fry with someone, and this is not a large. I asked to soak to the manager and she told me her manager is the one that just texted them today that they need to put less fries in each order. GREEDY MANAGER HERE. DONT VISIT."

"Tried picking up two Uber orders at this location and employees decided to close early so they could take the Uber orders as free food and after we arrived they tried putting up a note saying they were remodeling and there is no construction happening while orders were sitting in the window. Employees responsible are pictured"

"I work for doordash. We get paid for deliveries and our time is important to us. I check in. They put that I'm here. Food gets made and they just leave it behind counter. The cashier has no customer service and doesn't care that I'm waiting for a long time right in front of her counter. Then a gentleman comes from the back and asks me what I need. I explain to him that the food has been sitting there a long time and I need to deliver it. He gives it to me with attitude and doesn't apologize or anything! Where's the customer service???"

"The service was good but the fries were soggy and undercooked. We placed a walk in order so we waited outside after they said it would be ten minutes which was not a problem because we were going through the other places in the plaza in the meantime. We came back to check on the order and they said it would be another 10 minutes. We then went and waited in the car for 10 minutes and went back in and got the order and the fries were not fresh. The wings were good and the mango habanero was awesome but the fries are much better when they are fresh, especially considering the wait period . All in all I give a 3 based on this experience."

"I’ve visited this Wingstop multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been hit or miss. While it’s conveniently located near my home, the service, especially late at night, has been quite disappointing. They’re supposed to stay open until 1 AM, but often, when I arrive around midnight, the lights are off, and I have to prompt them to turn everything on. It’s frustrating, and it sometimes feels like we’re not welcome. On top of that, there have been mistakes with our orders, and when we’ve politely pointed them out, the staff has sometimes responded rather defensively. Even when we’ve addressed the issues with management, it sometimes feels like our concerns are brushed off.i genuinely hope they can improve their late-night service and consistency because the food itself is great. But as it stands, it’s a bit of a gamble each time we visit and it doesn't have to be like that."
