"If I could give them 0 stars trust me that’s what I would do. I understand that it is Super Bowl day and that it’s crazy busy. But when I tell you they had my order ready and the whole time they just let it sit there. That’s what they did. I asked 4 different workers to check on my order and they all said they didn’t know that they were too backed up. It wasn’t until 40 mins later I had to have my mother come in and ask again and finally a guy checked on the order and they had it ready 40 mins ago. So I waited 40 minutes for nothing they just never checked on my order. I hate complaining. But this was very frustrating."

"I placed an order online, the website said it was a 45 minute wait. i got there 20 minuets early and my food was ready and cold. i came home and the wings are dry we couldn’t even enjoy our food"

"2025- I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and fries for delivery. The boneless wings were good. The fries were ok. I recommend this location. Outstanding customer service! Wings had too much fat on them. Food was ok. I went back to this location to try their new chicken sandwich. I did not like it and l do not recommend it to anyone. The fries were delicious."

"I am suprised at the negative reviews because we haven't yet experienced any problems, "knock on wood". We have been placing to go orders at this location for years and the wings have always been great. We typically order cajun, lemon Pepper and Hot. The fries sometimes can be a hit or miss with the seasoning. The staff is usually very friendly and is prompt. If I really wanted to be picky I could say that we did notice a little less sauce this last time."

"My entire order is horrible. The fries are so soggy they're absolutely inedible. And the wings are hardly sauced. Sitting in what seems to be a puddle of fryer oil. The way the manager on duty handled the situation was poor and unproffesional. Asking me "you know what you ordered right?" Like I was just some stupid girl. Completely insulting. And judging from the rest of your Google reviews, I'd think you'd be used to complaints and people wanting refunds."
