"This wingstop is horrible I ordered a 3 tender combo meal and they gave me ones as small as a boneless wing. Had to fight to get my ranch that comes with the combo and then ask for my drink since they wouldn’t give it to me. Don’t recommend coming here if you want what you pay for"

"First of all when I arrived I was greeted with a clean restaurant and the sound of fryers in the background (we love the fresh food). I then went up to order, instantly the associate named Emma was there to help me and my boyfriend. She was very patient with our long order and even gave menu recommendations when asked. Amazing girl! Anyways, after placing our order it was given almost immediately and everything was fresh. Best restaurant experience so far this year!"

"The cashier Emma was very nice and polite. The restaurant was clean and I received my food fast. My order was correct. The food was not the best at all. My wings were dry and salty. The fries weren’t natural let normal and they were hard and salty. In my opinion, the fries are usually better than the wings, but the fries they have now, seem a tasty like frozen fries. Nasty!! Please switch the fries back and don’t cook the wings so hard."

"I called in an order for 20 wings a fry corn and ranch. I live 50 minutes away from the store Britney. The “manager” told me that I was lying and that my number appeared as being flagged because I had called the multiple times due to the fact that my order has been wrong, but I’ve never had a problem with them, because I always order onlineso I had to come back into the store Show them what I got in order for them to refund me my money because she basically called me a liar she told me that they had to check the camera footage and this had to go under investigation And talk to the cooks to see what happened. I drove back 40+ minutes and the “manager” in the store had to call the original “manager” and said that I did not bring the full order. I left with two bags when I picked up my order, but one bag just had ranch. I told him that they can check the cameras just like Britney told me that they would originally do, but they said no They were still calling me a liar at the store I paid $40.30 and they only refunded me $20 because that’s what I brought in. I told him that I paid $40 so I want the $40 back and he stated that I didn’t bring back the wings. I laughed and I told him I never got the wings. How am I supposed to bring them back and I wouldn’t have driven back 50 minutes just to get $40 back if I had my full order he ended up telling me to leave the store I told him no, I want my $40 back so the girl who be was on the phone with (because apparently he can’t do a simple Decision by himself As a “manager” 😂😂😭) The supposedly manager told him to call the cops on me I told them to go ahead I’m not in the wrong they threatened me to check the cameras then go ahead why don’t you do it now that I’m here. An hour and a half of a wait yet the store was not full A DoorDash person was having problems on getting her customers order saying that they had already picked it up they called the customer. The customer said they did not receive it and they’re basically calling the DoorDash a liar as well, another customer came up to me and told me that they did the same thing to her and they got her order wrong and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional staff ran by clowns 😂 and don’t like to admit that they are in the wrong and like to steal peoples money"
