"Came to Wingstop for wings. Left with dry chicken, trust issues, and the deep spiritual pain of missing the AFC Championship kickoff. Ordered sauced wings, received… conceptual sauce. Like, the idea of sauce. Somewhere in the building. Not on my wings though. Waited 30 minutes to be handed plain wings like it was a medieval punishment. By the time I got my food, kickoff had already happened and my Sunday was officially ruined. Hope it was worth it. On the bright side, watching my unsauced wings gave me plenty of time to reflect — mainly on how Drake Maye is him, future franchise QB, certified winner, ice in his veins. Unlike Wingstop, Drake Maye actually delivers. If you’re craving disappointment, missed football, and chicken that’s scared of flavor, this is the place. Otherwise, do better. Drake Maye will win. Wingstop did not."

"Tenders were dry and hard which means overcooked but even the sauces were just ok. I cant believe they dont have wet garlic parm, only a dry one and it is lacking. I also got the mild sauce and that was OK. Is it me or do they put sugar on the fries, I couldn't put my finger on it but their seasoning made the fries have a sweet taste to them I did not like. The fries were fresh and crunchy, I guess I was just not a fan of the seasoning. Overall, I was not happy with my meal. I ate inside, there were no other customers the whole time but the employees sure enjoyed having a rather loud conversation about counts and training and other things. You would think a company with the the word "wings" in their name would corner the market in perfecting making wings but this company is not it. I will never eat here again nor recommend to anyone."

"We ordered at 12:14. Said it would be ready at the latest 12:27. We got our food at 12:55. Waited 10 min and asked after people after me came in and got food within minutes. We always give them the benefit and we always wait 30 min or longer for our food. Never again. No apology nothing. Just ok we will get to you order. Don’t say it will be ready in 10 or 15 min when it’s always longer."

"I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. I ordered buffalo wings, but they showed up completely dry with no sauce at all. The fries were just as underwhelmingtotally unseasoned and bland. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the staff. As soon as we walked in, the employees started complaining openly, which set a really negative tone before we even ordered. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. The food was such a letdown that I didn’t even end up eating the wings. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon."

"First time here, had a good experience. Staff was friendly and they got my orders out in a reasonable amount of time. Before leaving I checked my orders to make sure I had the correct flavors, but when I got home I noticed they forgot a wing on 1 order, but the other order was correct. Next time I’ll be sure to count the number of wings I get, but overall good experience and nice crispy wings."
