"Since most of the previous reviews were bad, I wanted to wait till my 3rd experience here to make sure there’s been consistency. 3 times in a row I have had my food ready at the time it advises where ordering pickup online. The food is consistently delicious and warm when I eat it. The place is pretty clean for the most part however, the inside is kinda crammed a bit. Otherwise, pretty good wings"

"We've been to this Wingstop for about a couple of times now, and I can say that the food and service is pretty good. There's a lady in particular, I believe her name is Jess, her service is great and her personality is that of a go-getter. She's bright and bubbly, and she even brought our order to the car both of the times she was there. If she loves her work then it shows, very amazing service. The food is great here, too. Fresh, delicious, and looks amazing. I can't find a single reason to complain. I think I'd rather go to this location than another one until something changes. But so far, that's just been my experience."

"i came to this store after one of the worst closes of my life back at my workplace. it was twenty minutes to close and i felt like the worst person ever ordering my food. however, when i walked in, i was greeted so kindly and my food was done in under 15 minutes! such a pleasurable experience even though i came in so late. sad to see all of the one star reviews. this store deserves so much more!"

"Marlin was great. It was clean the food came fast and the kids loved it. We forgot to get Cajun seasoning. At the last second we asked if they could change it from regular to Cajun seasoning and Marlin deliver!"

"The manager at this location needs to be fired. I went to order some wings and they told me it would be around 30 minutes because they ran out of Togo boxes at 3 PM. That’s a massive fail on the manager’s part for not ensuring that orders of material materials were up to par. It ended up being an hour instead of 30 minutes and they didn’t offer anyone drinks while they waited. They didn’t offer it to include a few extra wings for anybody they didn’t offer any dip sauce or anything as compensation for their failures. Not to mention that when the manager finally did show up with some boxes that he went and retrieved from a different Wingstop, he nonchalantly walked in all casual, like it was all no big deal. There was no sense of urgency from the whole team to get everybody’s orders completed quickly and efficiently. This manager absolutely needs to be demoted or fired completely."
