"DO NOT ORDER from this location. This restaurant is poorly operated and employees do not pay attention to detail. I get we make mistakes but upon my visit I noticed that everyone who ordered for dine-in were given their orders in takeout bags instead of on a tray which was about 3 guests. I asked for no seasoning on my fries and they kept the seasoning on them. I ordered large fries and they gave me a regular size side of fries. I ordered via the app and I saw that the wait was abnormally fast 7-12 mins. I got to the restaurant with that expectation in mind but waited for 25+ mins. I noticed that they would mark orders as ready but would still be preparing the food. This is meant to inflate the numbers on the app to make it more desirable to order from this location and also to appease corporate. The portions are significantly smaller compared to other franchises. I do not like leaving bad reviews but the message by the staff from this location is take out and do not dine-in. It either must be management or the operator who is promoting this anti-customer cost cutting environment."

"My wife and I had the most amazing valentines day, we wanted to end the night with one of our most favorite date night take out spots, Wingstop! We go in, order our food, and my wife spontaneously asked for a side of cheese sauce because she is pregnant and wanted a side of cheese to dip her fries in. We ordered the food, staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked the bag and saw a tub of golden goodness was in there and everything seemed in order. We get home and pull out a little yellow tub of sauce and the fries. A bit of hot wings sauce spilled onto a fry and my wife sees it and immediately says "that's mine! I call it! I cant wait to dip it in the cheese sauce!" And I watch as she takes the fry, dips it in the liquid gold, but as she takes a bite the excited expression turns into a look of absolute betrayal and bamboozlement and she asks me to try it too. So I take a bite of a fry with strange cheese sauce and I taste sweet, zesty honey mustard. We both sit in disbelief, going through several stages of grief as we realized we had been pranked in the most unexpected way. Also the lemon pepper wings were SWIMMING in oil. Overall not the worst things to happen, and we had a good laugh about it. But my wife was sad about missing the cheese sauce."

"Sucks to see this a 2 star place. My experience has always been great here. They will get busy but if you can understand they can only fry so many wings at a time it makes waiting a bit easier. All i can say is thank you Monica, Louisa and Reena you guys made this experience a great one. Keep it up. Thanks for the crispy tenders and perfect fries."

"So I just ordered carry out the 10 piece boneless wings and they are too small literally i paid $21.00 and these wings not big like they normally do when I order and I’m disappointed cuz the other half was for my sister who I’m sharing with she got the mild bonless and I got the garlic parm and this is what I get ridiculous for $21"

"I enjoy the wings and ask for extra crispy fries. Ranch dressing is really good. 2 things, the dont always have food ready at the estimated times when I order through the app. Ice is not always in the soda machine so there have been a fee times I have had to ask them to put ice in the machines."
