"Im surprised by all of the negative reviews, they always give us great wings, good customer service and 98% of the time my order is ready by the time i get there to pick up from an online order(minus super bowl sunday which is expected so not a big deal to me whatsoever). We usually order at least once or twice a month from them. I can almost guarantee the bad reviews about customer service etc are from already grumpy customer just looking to take out their anger on teenagers and young adults who are working hard and doing a job alot of people dont want to do; which is work in the food industry. (Minus the wrong orders, which also happens, everyones human and make mistakes)."

"Usually don’t come on here but it’s getting out of hand. as you can see below, this bone in is raw! i had at 1 and noticed it tasted different and felt different, i didnt eat more because i just didn’t like it. my mom opened the box and saw right away how raw this was 🤦🏻‍♀️I have been contacting robert, the manager there. He is no help! He keeps saying he will look into it, that he will get my refund bc it wasn’t just this food, my boyfriends boneless were red inside!!! NASTYYY UGH. hate that it was my favorite place now I hate the customer service of managers and hate the fact yall don’t care about the customers well being. Keep in fact that i’m early pregnant! You never know what that nasty raw food can do. it’s food poisoning is short words. all they tell me is “you have to wait” “it’s getting processed” “if you don’t receive it this day wait another week” like what?? I want my money now. it’s unbelievable. hope you guys get better because I have worked at fast food and we would automatically give them there cash back if they had prove the food was raw! your store is bullshit respectfully…"

"I came in today to pickup my order and was greeted by Tonya who was extremely welcoming and sweet. She treated my friends and I so well and she definitely left an impression on me! She deserves a raise or something solely for her customer service."
