"I just placed my first pickup order here. I ordered through the app, and everything was correct, and my order was ready on time. However, the fries were barely seasoned even though I ordered "fry seasoning" on them. I loved the cajun corn and the ranch, though. This location is much quieter and faster than the chaos of the MLK location, but they do not have seating at all, which was surprising. I had planned to eat inside, and they only have benches for waiting and no outdoor tables either. It's definitely a good stop to go wings and sides. Use the app for deals."

"Tanner is so freaking rude! If I could 0 stars I would! I was so polite to her on the phone until she started being so dang rude to me over the phone! She basically called me a liar because my food was incorrect I even brought it back in for her to see but still had the nastiest attitude! She proceeded to tell me over the phone that theirs only two people on Mondays so they don’t make those type of mistakes, but not only that you definitely made a damn mistake today! No apologies or anything, just pure rudeness from the first time she opened her mouth over the phone and in person! She told me that the food had been gone from the store for a long time now but that’s not true because my job is 6 minutes away! My coworker food was correct so I gave her her food and came back as soon as I saw that mines was incorrect! Also saying that my number was on there 4 times for something like this and maybe so because if my food is missing or incorrect of course I am going to call! Who wouldn’t I? This is my money! I only have a 30 minute lunch do you actually think I have time to sit and go back and forth with someone! No! Tanner needs to be fired ASAP! Maybe because I’m African American I’m a “liar” and I have to be treated in the most nastiest way when all I showed was GRACE at first! I’m highly pissed off! I’ve only been to this location twice I always go to MLK and that’s where I’ll continue. Horrible customer service, and my food was actually good! I was having such a good day until now! This location will never have to worry about me, my family, and or coworkers business again!"

"Me and my boyfriend decided to try out the new location since it’s closer to the movie theater. To my surprise there’s no sitting areas however the food was ready by the time we got there to pick it up. I was heavily disappointed whenever we opened our bag and ranch was all over the boxes and bag. That would be fine if the food was just as good as the location in MLK but it wasn’t :(. It was not cooked as the other wingstop locations. It was under seasoned and somewhat undercooked. The fries were the same as the other locations and was really good. Reading the other review about the food being under seasoned we will continue going to the other wingstop locations because this one was disappointing."

"Faster and more accurate than MLK, when they do mess up they fix it and go above and beyond to do so. Not a dine in location, which likely contributes to their increased efficiency. Down to earth crew with good vibes all around."

"Dont go here if you want to dine in. We had no idea there are no chairs our tables to dine only 2 benches to sit and wait for ur food. The man taking our order shouldn't be doing anything customer service related today tomorrow or yesterday. We each placed our order as simply as we could and both orders when we each said "fries" he felt the need to say begrudgingly "it comes with fries" (OK SO WHY DOES THE MENU GIVE 2 SIDES OPTIONS) my cousin asked for ranch he again felt the need to say "It comes with ranch" like dude this is our first time trying Wing Stop and youre making the worst first impression. We sat and waited for our food. 2 people came in to order and he did the same thing to them "it comes with fries" it comes with" dude shut up! Clearly you say this 1000x a day so either stop and let ppl say what they want or go find another job preferably not serving the public."
