"Just wanted to say job WELL DONE to this crew today! Highly impressed with the way they handled orders on Super Bowl Sunday. Of course, if you didn’t place your order early you might have been upset. For the rest of us who knew they would be busy and placed our orders early, thank you for making our pick up smooth. The employees were polite to the customers who were coming in to place orders, letting them know they could not take any orders until 5:30. Great job!!"

"I ordered on the app and have been every month spending 30-40$ everytime I order and last night I doordashed it. I didnt get any dressings or my drinks and the french fries and my chicken sandwich was messed up I called the dasher to ask and he told me he didnt receive them so I called wingstop and they said he did then tried to blame him then after arguing the lady said she would talk to the manager i was on hold for 10 minutes then she came back and told me the manager dont have time to talk and asked for my information and I never got a call back. I am very disappointed as a very loyal customer and dont know if I will be going back to this location."

"Not bad but SLOW. Wingstop never has given me bad wings at either the Little Rock or Hot Springs location. However, they are SLOW. NEARLY 45 min TO GET FOOD."

"Food was delivered without all the items. Manager blames it on doorstop which isn’t the issue and then says we can come pick up what was missing. We door dashed for a reason. Recorded the ba conversation with the manager. It’s very funny and sucks for a young man to have to say the corporate verbiage as required. I do t want a refund. I simply want want what I ordered and it to be delivered. Not a bs refund for lack of…. I own a business."

"This wingstop is the worst. Every time we have ever gone they scew up our order. This is the only store that I have been to that has this issue. All the employees need to be revamped and they need a whole new set of employees. It is so disorganized. You also wait for an extremely long time to get your order."
