"What’s the point of online ordering if you have to wait when you get there. I waited an additional 15 minutes after the latest purported finish time. I asked for well done fires and they were undercooked. My wings barely had any sauce on them. There was so little sauce I couldn’t tell the difference between the two flavors. I watched an employee handle trash and go back to food preparation. Honestly the worst wings stop experience I have had."

"We had boneless wings and some the loaded fries. Quality and quantity were good, tenders stayed mostly crispy in the sauce. Cashier very friendly and helped us get everything figured out. Downside, one of the food delivery service drivers (not sure which one) came in and was clearly a regular pick up there. Loud, crass, back of house coming to her aid, joking with her, brought the entire atmosphere, and class, of the place down a couple of notches. Drink machine had nothing but diet drinks available. May have been a truck issue or ordering problems."

"4/19/2025 Ordered wings today and was told it would be a 20 wait . Lots of takeout orders. This location needs a good cleaning from ceilings to floor. Sticky tables under sides as well as light switch in rest room and doors. The floors needs refinished. The wings tasted The fros tasted alright. One tasted old. The drink .machine is .missing multiple flavors. Over all 4 stars 05/28/2024 Today's experience at Wing Stop was a good one. The wings were flavored well and the fries were fresh and hot. (Dining room table could use some assistance. Very very bad wobbly small table. I had to push it against the wall In order to be able to use it. ) Temp was COLD 🥶 ❄️ inside today. Burrrrrr. Service was friendly and efficient today Hugh mprovement from my last visit! 01-21-2024 Time 6:35pm We did t receive what I had ordered. I ordered original wings and instead received boneless fried wings. However, upon looking at my receipt I was charged for boneless wings but, that is not what was requested the time of ordering. Next time I will be sure to triple check the receipt after purchase. (See attached Photo) This restaurant appears to be clean and mostly operational.✅ Restroom 🚺 hours ⛔ The mens restroom door is in need of repair. The locking mechanism/ door here is extremely loose and different to properly use. (SOLUTION) 🥇 Also ADD a foot pull on the door to easily open door. Remove door handle, install pull handle outside and different locking mechanism inside . Easier to use and more sanitary while still proving privacy Also, men's rook needs better soap dispenser.⛔ Soda Machine - Diet drinks in soda machine has no syrup⛔ Regular drinks seemed to work fine. ✅ Staff was friendly and efficient.✅ (Lobby Area) The seating area temperature was comfortable during our visit.✅ - All lighting appears to be working✅ - TV in lobby area has horiable color and needs repaired/ replaced.⛔ - Counter area seemed clean✅ - Paper towels were available.✅ (Food) Lemon Pepper Boneless👎 Mild l Classic Wings Boneless👎 Lemon Pepper Bone in Wings Ok Mild Classic Bone Iin Wing. The firenchfries were hot and tasty. The dinks could use a bit more flavoring in the soda machine . The Blue Cheese was on point. Over all 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hot wings ordered today were originall hot, BBQ/ / Hawaiian . The sides consisted of veggie sticks french fries with blue cheese and ranch dressing Soda/Drinks- Dr.Pepper of multiple flavors ✅ The hot wings were absolutely wonderful. They completely drenched swimming in mouth watering sauce. ✅ The service was very friendly and efficient. ✅ The restaurant was clean and cooll ✅ The restrooms were clean. ✅ Tv in dinning area Seating- Passed Chairs This location can seat up to 26 people are max compasity. Including all table and chairs Music- Nice Mix of classics Good clean music with a nice beat. (Family Friendly)! The owner should be proud of this location. They did a wonderful job here today . We will be back!"

"I messed up my order (me, not them), and they were so patient and fast getting us what was missing. So polite and food was amazing as always!"
