"I was so excited when this location opened close to UALR but that was the only good part about this location. Yes the food is consistent in flavor due to this store being a chain but I’ve noticed this past year that this restaurant will always take twice as long to prepare your order. And it’s not just me, every person who orders from here has told me they take so long. You can’t even customize your order too much because it just takes even longer. I’ve asked for my tenders well done and they took extra long and gave me regular cooked tenders. Not only is this location a consistent inconvenience, they can’t get your order right when you spend the money. The photos make the food look delectable but the main issue is that they’re not well done even after my dasher waited a whole 30 minutes."

"The cashier told me my order would take 10 minutes. I knew that wasn't true, but that's what he told me. I asked for separate bags for the two orders I made. 32 minutes later my food was finally ready but I had to ask again for a separate bag. Once I dropped off a person the 2nd order was for, I made it home to realize my order was missing some of the wings and ranch dressing. I called and spoke with a manager that said that I should bring back the food that I had touched and they'd redo the order. I didn't think that was sanitary and didn't have another 30 minutes of drive time and an additional 30 minutes for them to prepare the order. I won't allow any of my loved ones to patronize this location. All around experience 👎🏿"

"Was nervous after reading reviews, but I had a great experience. Ordered food for pickup on the Wingstop website for 6pm, and my food was handed to me right on time. Everything was correct, delicious and staff were nice. Will be returning."

"I was kinda stoked about my area getting a Wingstop and decided to try it today. I got the 10-piece classic combo with lemon pepper and bbq flavors. The fries were decent, but the wings were just ok. The problem was they were a bit dry and overcooked. I've noticed that other locations I've been to have this same issue. Maybe that's just how they cook their wings. I found it odd that there was no trash can in the dining area and one of the workers said that they bus the tables after you leave. They are also cashless so be sure to have alternate payment methods. I may revisit and try the tenders or a sandwich sometime."

"Food was horrible. I placed an online order and arrived promptly at the time the website said to be there. I picked up the order and immediately noticed my food wasn’t hot. I asked for my fries to be replaced with fresh ones & was told I’d have to rebuy them. Associate explained that basically even thought the app states to be there in 13 minutes, sometimes the food could be ready soon as customer place the order. The wings I ordered barely had any sauce on them. If you have to order from this store location, please do so in person for better experience."
