"They was huddled up cussing about the new system they have while nobody greeted me. Then eventually came and gave me my order fries were salty as heck I mean they dumped the whole salt bin on them. Returned got more no salt then get home wings colder than winter. I spent 37$ just sad and sorry.Had to come home and reheat my food in the oven"

"Ms. Emerald, Marcus, and Devin were all amazing. They truly know how to make some one feel at home. These folks deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and more money! Emerald was great at the front of house. Helping me when needed and just being very friendly. The gentleman in the back cooking the food know what they are doing. Great chefs. This is by far the best crew at a Wingstop I’ve dealt with in years. Keep up the great work y’all. God bless."

"Had a big order so I ordered 2.5 hrs early. I ended up have to wait 30 min for my order once I showed up. 4 other customers walked in and out while I waited. This is the second time my order was well over the time estimate. Last time it was over 30 minutes as well! No apologies or anything to try to make it right. Had wings with 2 different sauces in the same box one was "very hot" the other was on the mild end. Why mix the mild and hot sauces? There was another spicy option to pack with or just spend the $0.02 to put it in another box so I dont have to worry about kids or others who cant handle the heat. Wings were ok, some were overcooked and dry. The quality is hit or miss at this store."

"So I’ve let over a month pass by. Like I stated in the survey I conducted for this location. The staff were friendly, the new renovations gave the store a clean look that popped and naturally the food was amazing. However, my card was charged for 2 separate orders. Mine and however, else they had me swipe my card for. They placed me on the phone with a regional manager I gave them my details, card info, meal ordered etc. They told me in the store this charge will be removed once their systems process the request. A month plus later, nothing. $33.05 was not my order. All I hope at this point is that maybe it helped some family out."

"Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I bought 20 wings and they were all cold and sopping wet in sauce, even though almost all my flavors were supposed to be dry rubs. I had to take them out of the sauce, which was just excessive goop sitting on top of them at this point, and then air fry them. Basically did their job for them."
