"I sat on hold for over 25 minutes for nobody to take my order. Had to call back 30 minutes later and was finally able to place my order. Ordered 10 classic hot honey 5 boneless garlic parm. Received some type of red hot lemon boneless wings. Called back and she admitted that I ordered garlic parm and still rung it up as hot lemon. Also, I’m not sure if it’s the chicken or the oil but the wing smell so bad. I couldn’t even eat the classic ones due to the awful smell. Please please pay attention to your paying customers and ring up the correct information. Now I have wings that are trash and wasted money because I don’t have the time to go back up there for them to correct their mistake."

"Wings were great. Plenty of fries for side which was nice as other places are lacking. The three women working today were fantastic and deserve a raise. Cutomer engagement at a fast food location..... amazing! Great job! Yes, so impressed I wrote a review and will be back. (Letting my co-workers know too!)"

"I had been to this location a while back and had issues with my order, so I wanted to give them a second chance. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the wings with "extra cook time," and they were still raw, with blood inside and soggy . I went back to see if they could fix them or at least refund my money. After leaving me waiting, the manager came over, seemingly annoyed that I interrupted his call, and treated me with an arrogant and rude tone. He argued with me about temperature variances, thinking I was an idiot. I've been in the restaurant field for over 10 years and know everything from how to cook the damn wings to how to provide good customer service. I told him it didn't matter if they couldn't fix it or do anything about it, I didn't need it. You can keep your wings. I don't need a refund or anything. I turned around to leave the establishment when I heard him grab the box and throw it. I'm seriously not waste your time or money on this place.. I do not recommend this place. Besides the food being disgusting, the customer service is very disrespectful and rude."

"The food isn't bad. The service is garbage. Pre ordered 40min beforehand, show up right on time and get told its going to be a long wait. This has been a repetitive problem with this location. If you want to eat at 12:30, set the order pickup for 11:45. It might be ready by the time you actually want to pick it up."

"I've got to give a huge round of applause to the Wingstop crew! Your ridiculously awesome service was seriously impressive, and your super friendly attitudes, even when dealing with the grumpiest of customers in front of me, were laughably impressive. You guys totally nailed customer service, and the grub was just as fantastically delicious! I'll definitely be winging my way back! Cam, the manager, was the master of keeping it cool, and his can-do attitude and sense of humor had me grinning. He led the guys in the back like a pro, even when the tickets kept piling up. They all did a fantastic job, and it's because Cam was a great leader!"
