"The two lady’s working Christmas Day are true dominate under pressure chefs. They deserve a raise and bonus immediately! I used to work as a chef in a Michelin star restaurant and I know true efficiency and composure under pressure when I see it. With 20+ orders on the screen these ladies killed it and remained effective and polite. True assets to the kitchen. Merry Christmas."

"11/26/24 at 6pm. Alameda Blanding wing stop have the worst service, I ordered a 10 piece with flats only and got the opposite with only 2 flats out of 10, the. Chicken was overcooked. When I get there I see a bunch young people in the back laughing and playing around. I called to complaint and they are picking up the phone laughing and hanging up. Wing stop in Alameda needs new management. Just horrible"

"On 11/03/23 I placed an online order for pick up. Once I walked in I was greeted as if I was a burden. I then gave my name, then a bag was tossed on the counter with the cashier saying here. I then proceeded with checking my order. I then noticed my fries weren't fries, just left over scraps of fries that were scooped from the fryer. I then proceeded to ask for assistance from the young man that threw the bag on the counter and asked for a new batch of fries. I was then questioned "why?" "Whats wrong with them?" I had explained that they were left over fries from the fryer, I was met with attitude and eye rolls and being spoke about to his other Co workers as "he's complaining about his fries", "he wants knew fries". As they spoke about me I stood there directly a foot away, as all the workers glared at me, rolling their eyes and said why can't he just wat these fries, why is he complaining as if I did not just pay for the food with my hard earning monies. I am a paying customer that had a minor issue with the food I had purchased. I wasn't aware that the food I am purchasing isn't to my liking and requesting a fresh batch of that this would be such an issue. I was then thrown a basket of fries on the counter with extra salt. When I had ask the boy why was there so much salt on the fries, I was then told "that's fry seasoning" as if I were dunce and had no clue of what I was looking at, when clearly the fries where drenched in salt when I had asked for no salt. I proceeded to ask for a new batch of fries I was meet with anger and hostility when the female worker snatched the food. Then they proceeded to talk amongst each other and acted in a way which me me uncomfortable and I no longer wanted to be there. Thus asking for my salt drenched fries back and not wanting to be a hassle for them to cook me another batch. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I then asked for the Manger, which I was told there wasn't one on hand, then asked for the lady and young man's name and was told no you can call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I advise people never to buy food here, please go to lake shore, or go to another location."

"This is the worst wingstop I have been at. This is the 4 the time I come and they never have bread rolls. Today they could not do only flats not they had come. I asked to refill the coke and the girl just answer and said " we have what we have" not even making an effort. I feel that we pay good money to be treated with decency and for them to try and make an effort to accommodate the customer's needs."
