"The manager Erika & William associate are horrible with customer service no help at all canceling an order instead argued back and forth for 10 minutes just so my order wouldn’t be cancelled. This place sucks ! Plus sent my order with a straw inside the drink already."

"This wingstop must be rationing their seasonings or something. Every single time I order the hot honey rub here, they make them dry as hell. Every other wingstop in the area actually adds enough seasoning idk why this one is so consistently bad. Also, took a sip of my Coke and it's flat. Crazy to pay $20 for a messed up meal."

"horrible customer service. Manager Erica is very rude very poor customer service unable to cancel my order because i had ordered it 3 minutes ago and it was already made. Spoke to william and also no help. he was very rude said i can return the food but wont receive a refund. I called 3 minutes after i placed the order and they said it was ready and was waiting on the person to pick up the food to have it delivered they gave the person the food to have it delivered when i repeatedly told them to cancel the order. i don’t understand how they can’t just cancel the order."

"I enjoy eating chicken wings very much depending where the wings are coming from. I have eaten wings from different restaurants they good but I really enjoy Wingstop because they have good selection of flavors you can choice from on their flavor display. My wife and I always get lemon pepper and mild for the wings but we also like BBQ and I also like to try new flavors when Wingstop release new flavors."
