"Food was cold. I walked in and asked for my online order. It was just sitting there not bagged and everybody was standing around talking. He finally bags it after I ask for it and when I get home the food I scold and there’s grease all over the entire bottom of my bag it all over my seats and my table. On top of that all of my orders had no drumsticks at all. I never asked for that they decided for me. Plus the wings are really dry with no seasoning. It’s sad people really don’t give a crap about their job anymore. Embarrassing how bad they messed this up. Anybody know a good wing spot? I’m giving up on Wingstop once and for all"

"Avoid this location if you can. Food was just not good. Chicken had little to no seasoning. Fries were extremely cooked/hard (dry on the inside). Ranch was thick and lumpy. And I dined in so I would’ve expected the food to be hotter than it was (room temp/warm). Bathrooms were gross. Those stalls look like they’ve never been wiped. Out of paper towels. Floor alllll sticky. 🥴"

"Ordered @7:56 online. Didn’t get food until over an hour later. Cashier did the best she could, but clearly the cooks did not GAF. Several people waiting for their orders. No manager available. Boneless wings were overcooked, classic wings were barely sauced, fries and rolls were just a cold mess. Staff touching their faces and every surface, not wearing masks or gloves during meal prep and packing. This is just horrible."

"I ordered Kwings and Buffalo wings. With boneless. It was good. Its just the Fries got saggy. But the wings are good nonetheless"

"So frustrated with Wing Stop. I ordered online for pick up. I ordered 25 wings and 3 ranches. Go to pick up and there was no ranch in the bag. I said I ordered 3 ranch. There isn't an itemized receipt so I had no "proof". So they only gave me 2. If I wanted the 3rd rancho I had to pay. I spent 43.00 on wings...you can't throw in the 3rd ranch. Ridiculous"
