"UPDATE 11/15: No one has reached out to me due to my review AND there is no Corporate email/ phone number to contact them to order them know about my experience. Consistent Discrimination and Poor Service at This Location I’ve visited this Wingstop several times and have consistently experienced discrimination and disrespect. Each time I’ve gone in, I’ve been ignored, not greeted, and left waiting long after other customers are helped. Last night was the final straw. I walked in and stood at the front counter where both registers said “closed.” There were three male employees and one female in the back — all of whom saw me but said nothing. Another customer walked in after me who happened to speak the same language as most of the employees. The female employee immediately smiled, greeted him, and began chatting with him. She even went to the back to get food for him, while still completely ignoring me. After several minutes of standing there without acknowledgment, I finally asked her a question about ordering online since it appeared no one was taking in-person orders. She briefly answered, then walked away again. I sat down to place my order online, but minutes later another man walked in, and she immediately came from the back and took his order at the register that supposedly was “closed.” I could not ignore the pattern — both non-Black men were greeted and served immediately, while I, a Black woman, was dismissed and ignored. When I confronted the manager, instead of listening, she spoke over me, tried to justify what happened, and even cursed at me when I refused to back down. That is completely unacceptable customer service and discriminatory behavior. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Over the summer, I also came in and was ignored for several minutes while employees stood around talking. One employee made eye contact with me twice and still chose not to help me until I spoke up. When I did, he began talking about me in another language to coworkers, laughing, and refusing to take accountability. Another employee eventually apologized for him, saying this has been an issue before — which tells me this is a repeated problem that management has failed to address. I truly believe I’ve been treated differently at this location because I am a Black woman. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Wingstop corporate needs to investigate this store’s culture and how certain employees treat Black customers. No one should have to feel discriminated against while trying to buy food."

"Terrible experience. Three employees were standing around talking while “working,” with about 15 customers waiting. No one made eye contact or acknowledged customers for nearly 20 minutes. Several orders were just sitting on the shelf getting cold with nobody handling them. The place was also very dirty and poorly managed. Honestly, this location should be shut down until they can run it properly."

"Very dirty location. Worker Continuously scratched her head while making my Meal when asked to wash her hands, she got an attitude and started a argument her boss I’m assuming told her to go to the back and when she came back to the front instead of washing her hands and proceeding to her job, she just started back with the food. The whole 30 min there I watched workers touch everything with and with out gloves n not once change or wash their hands until I started to record"
