"Very disappointed with this Wingstop location in Calexico. As an Uber driver, my job is to pick up food and deliver it, not to prepare or serve items. Staff expects drivers to fill and serve beverages for online orders, which is not our responsibility and is completely inappropriate. On top of that, drinks are not sealed, which is a major issue for customer safety and quality control. Customers expect their orders to be handled properly and securely, not passed off unfinished to delivery drivers. Management should be on top of online orders and make sure they are complete, sealed, and ready for pickup. This creates delays, puts drivers in an uncomfortable position, and reflects poorly on the restaurant. Needs serious improvement in management and order handling."

"Came because of an offer that says you get free 5 boneless with any wing purchase, but every single time I go the employees just refuse to give it to me. First time I went they told me it had to be online but when I did they again declined. Also made me feel stupid for asking questions to reconfirm order through a phone-call."

"Ordered through their website and food was delivered through DoorDash. Restaurant stole part of my order. They said they couldn’t do anything and DoorDash would have to fix their mistakes. Food I received was dry. Fries were soaked in oil. Don’t waste your time."
