"I had a great experience here at Wingstop at the location in Capitola. The restaurant was super clean and the workers were very friendly they prepared my food on time. Plenty of parking lots. As well they provide baby seats for small children."

"Hard pass. The wings were edible, but there was hardly any flavor. The corn was completely disgusting and dried out, as if it had been sitting in a fridge for a week and then reheated. The best part of my meal was the Orange Fanta. The biggest issue is they don't answer the phone or accept walk-in orders. You get a confirmation email when you place the order, but no notification when it's ready. Next time, I would buy my wings at the grocery store."

"The fries had cooked bugs or animal poo in it at the bottom. There are hardly any actual fries. This is my second time trying Wingstop and both times at this location in Capitola and they rarely have hardly any fries it's mostly hard pieces... I use my flashlight magnifier on my phone to look at what the pieces are and this is what I found in the photos attached. The few fries that were in the bag tasted sweet which was strange I asked for light amount of fry seasoning so nothing sweet should have been in there. I was sick all night with diarrhea and almost vomiting holding in vomit. I'm very concerned I could get equal or salmon. It's pretty ridiculous at doordash wants to give me a $5 credit. It's going to cost him a lot more if I have to go to the doctor. I think they or Wingstop themselves should refund the whole entire thing and then some probably give me a credit for future (not for Wingstop cuz I'll never eat there again) at that and they hope I don't sue them. Food is way too salty also. I tried the boneless wings this time because the sandwiches were discussing the first time I went there and they are the size of chicken nuggets itty bitty and salty as heck."

"Place was a mess, Employee too busy on their personal cell phone to serve anyone, soda machine out of syrup... I could go on. Clearly needs better management."

"There’s ALWAYS without a doubt missing something in my order. I paid for two meals. received two fries and just one order of wings. I wouldn’t done better without a fry or a drink but I was given two of everything but the one thing I went for."
