"I went to pick up my online order today sept 1st. The lady at the register with glasses she didn’t have a name tag. She seemed to be the only girl there. She was very rude. She kept correcting me very rudely. She then said she wouldn’t give me the food due to not have the credit card I purchased with. I have worked for Wingstop and never have we asked for a card. We ask for name or receipt. She finally gave me the food. I checked the bag because I had missing items last time. As she was helping another customer she acknowledged that I was looking in the bag and said “everything’s in there very rude”. As someone that’s worked customers service for more then 10years just because your busy or having a bad day doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers. She’s can gladly go find a new job if she can’t handle the pressure."

"I had ordered 20 pc boneless WINGS only to receive a 20 pc pop corn chicken. These “boneless wings” were no bigger than a damn quarter. I wasted my money and when I made a complaint I was told “the sizes are determined by the store”. I spent $30 for popcorn chicken. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning back to this store due to this being a reoccurring issue."

"This store disappoints me every time I order. Wings were so over seasoned and they didn’t even try to shake them the seasoning literally blobbed on the wings….😏😒"

"Orders the 10 piece combo and only got 7 wings. And of the 7 two were basically no meat. I paid $26 for a 10 piece wings large fry and soda. Insane prices and the quality of accuracy and food is piss poor. Called back to let them know and got put on hold and ever picked back up."

"Great food as always but I must say that the customer experience was top tier. Greeted by an employee (could have been a manager) Ernie. Our cashier, missed his name was also professional. Everyone seemed happy to work there. Keep it this way."
