"So I went a more then a few times, Each and every time was always an issue. I love wings stop . And it’s the only one in the area. Me knowing it’s terrible I still go thinking it will be better . It only got worst. Let’s start off with the place is filthy second of all the people that work here, are very angry and very hostile! Third there’s hardly any sauce on the food. They’re not crispy at all after requesting for them to be crispy. If anything they’re undercooked . I am hoping that corporate can see this and either fix this location. And don’t even think you can call to get them on the phone because you won’t. Even after showing proof receipts and everything else that my order was not done correctly, they still did not replace it . Twice already, Because honey, I got all the receipts . I’ll enclose here. I actually have a video, but here’s the screenshots from there. Clearly, it’s very poor management even if you called the one 800 number they just tell you to call the store and the store wants to fight even with all the receipts. And I am not only one , I seen all these bad reviews so I’m not the only one who has issues with this particular store."

"Horrible experience! Ordered ahead and they still couldn’t get it right. Showed up and they didn’t even know I had an order there. Then they informed me they didn’t start it yet. Ordered 3 fries only received 2. Then we get to the food. The wings were burnt and rushed. No flavor! The worst experience ever! I will not be ordering from this location again. So sad"

"Stopped by with my son for 70¢ wings on Monday (also available on Tuesdays), which is a great deal. This only applies to boneless wings. We got the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and BBQ boneless wings. We also added the Louisiana Voodoo Fries (cheese sauce, ranch, and their signature Cajun seasonings). The food was hot and fresh, it was all good (especially the fries), and the service was excellent. There are a couple of other locations that we have visited (West Covia, Covina, and Glendora) where the service was not as good. The people here were super helpful and actually friendly, which I truly appreciated. I rated the atmosphere a three because there were no trash cans inside so there were several tables in the dining area where people had left their big paper bags filled with trash and they hadn't been cleared out (not shown in my photo). Other than that, the area was still clean enough."

"Would have dined in but the table I chose hadn’t been cleaned and was too sticky to wipe myself. I’m sure it was because they were in the dinner rush serving those delicious wings!"
