"Just walked in, FYI the prices and meals you see online are not offered in the store. Neither flavor of wings had any flavor I could taste. Like zero, I believe they forgot the sauce. I see now on the receipt 1 was a dry rub I wouldn't put that under the sauce list. So basically just way overpriced chicken nuggets aka boneless wings, when you dip a wing in ranch there should be some sauce leaft in it. There was a lot of oil in the bottom, dipped a fry in it and it was just oil and not a flavor sauce. Some wings were bite size and some were 2-3 bites. Very inconsistent when buy per the number of pieces and not a set weight. We did get 16 pieces, but many small ones were half the portion of others. The fries were 90% soggy and floppy, and the rest were over cooked... So figure out the time you cooked each batch and average it out. $30 for this combo? Not worth it at all. If the fries were properly cooked and the wings had flavor I'd might be inclined to try again. Just zero flavor at all. The fries were seasoned though. đ¤ˇđźââď¸ The floor was littered in bits of trash and food. No ice in the coke machine. Mellow Yellow, Hi-C, and others were out. What is the reason for so much advertising about the flavors and sauces?? I'm a white guy but certainly like some heat and flavor. The paper towels are on a roll so set your bag down to rip it off! No trash can in the dining area, and all orders are given in the thick paper bags, so people use the communal trash cans outside, even after they are already full?"

"Whoever is the guy with the neck tattoo needs some serious coaching and possibly a therapist. The rest need training. Waited two minutes with no one in line. Then the guy with the neck tattoo (colored eyes and looks like a jerk) saw someone come in and said hello and assisted him â While I was just standing there waiting. Is that really how youâre trained to treat people patiently waiting for you to finish your work? I didnât say excuse me or anything because I knew you were doing something. The food was made excellently though. So if you made it, props to you for that. Transaction took place on 6/6/25 around 2:20 PM"

"I have been here many times since coming here. Itâs the only wingstop in the area so i really have no choice. This wingstop has consistently forgot my call in order and on top of that, the boneless wings are the same size as Chick-fil-A nuggets⌠Their NUGGETS not their strips."

"I ordered on uber eats as delivery and when I got the food. 1)gave me a completely different order and Forgot a combo meal 2)they got somewhat 1 combo meal right yet however gave me a completely different seasoning. 3)my family and I were very disappointed no wonder this place has low ratings. 4) the seasoning on the wrong combo tasted bad đ, like it tasted really bad 𤢠I wouldnât recommend getting uber eats from this place. Waste of money!!!!"

"Let me start by saying that I personally love the food and flavor at Wing Stop, but this particular Wing Stop also has very poor customer service skills. Weâve been disappointed by the customer service one too many times, and last night was the final straw that has led us to decide not to return to this particular Wing Stop location. Prior to last night, my family has placed a few online orders for pick up. However, EVERY time we arrived for pick up (the estimated time given on the app would usually say 10-15 minutes), our food would never be ready and we would end up waiting an extra 15-20 minutes. We once even gave the establishment an extra 10 minutes before driving over to pick up, and STILL our food wasnât ready! So then we decided to swap to the delivery option instead. The first time we did delivery, it wasnât much of a problem other than waiting for almost an hour for the food. Last night, though, was an incredibly disappointing experience. When our food arrived, we noticed that half of our meal was missing. Upset, I called Wing Stop to see what was happening by with our food. The girl on the phone confessed that it was her fault as it was her first day, and she did not give the delivery person all our food. Okay, I appreciated the honesty. She then said that it was still there, and that they were just waiting for someone to do the delivery pick up. I said okay, and hung up. But my husband pointed out that he would typically receive a delivery eta text, and that in this case he did not. So, again, I called to verify what the eta on our food would be. This is when I got transferred to the manager. Thank goodness I called because the worker I had previously spoken to gave me incorrect information, and the manager told me that unless we came to pick up the food ourselves, no delivery person would pick it up (since their delivery service - even if ordered on the Wing Stop app - is through Door Dash). She apologized, but she also tried to pin this on me by asking me, âWell did you speak to the person who delivered your food?â Iâm sorry, but in the few times weâve done delivery, we generally opt for a âno contactâ service. And on top of that, we wouldnât have assumed that we were missing food until AFTER the dasher left, as usually we only ever expect one bag. So I was doubly frustrated because I was being spoken to like this was our fault, and had I not called again, we would have just been waiting on our food because no Door Dasher was assigned to pick it up. The manager did offer to comp free food, but even that was a frustrating experience. She asked me, âWhat do you want?â On the spot, as if I had the menu open and ready to pick food out. And on top of that, she sounded annoyed to even have to offer. We did end up placing an extra order on a flavor of wings we had already ordered, but being pressured like that was not appreciated. Then, when I drove over to pick up the food, I had hoped that either the manager or even the worker who handed off the food would apologize for the inconvenience. But instead, I was just handed my food and sent on my way. All this to say, we will unfortunately not be returning to this Wing Stop thanks to the poor service. Sure we got our food (and comped free food too), but the customer service to get to that point was a bit of a nightmare."
