"I was here on 07/05/25 Found a big azz hair in my voodoo fries. Just be careful when you get food from here. Not sure if whoever is cooking the food wear hair nets, if they don't it'd be a good idea for wingstop to implement that policy. Been here a few times now, its convenient as it is not too far from my home. Usually you get attitudes from the staff that takes your order, no customer service skills,no greeting nothing. I'll be driving a bit further from now on to a different location. The place itself most of the time dirty tables, the soda fountain section always dirty and sticky hence the reason why I always do takeout from this particular location."

"Wings are hit or miss, some days more flavor and cooked well other times completely no flavor and over cooked. When its good its really good and when it's off, so so off. I have been here few times, it has no consistency, if I feel like wings I hope for the best. Its the location that is convenient at times for me. Also, prices went up here, a 6 pieces combo use to be way cheaper, now its about $17. There is free parking at least."

"You know what they genuinely messed up last time and it’s ok I’ve gone back twice now to verify if I was going to have a bad experience but I came back and changed my review after my experiences Thankyou to the owner for replying but I did not ask or need a refund I’m sorry I guess I had a bad day last time I left a review"

"Never a dull moment when getting wing stop. Food here is always great. Staff tends to be friendly. The place is very clean. Plenty of parking outside. The normal wait times except at lunch time."

"It smells like sewer in there! That's just for starters had i known that before hand wouldn't have ordered food from i orderd mixed flavor bone in classic i go to pick up order it stinks and I'm handed my order i ask classic she says yes classic ! It's has classic on the papers on the food container i get home and it's all boneless wing chicken nuggets if you will. Now I'm pissed becuase we all double checked but no ingredients or lead checked the order for accuracy. I called to get it fixed and they tell me they can only make the order right no more no less and they refused to make the order until I arrived and gave them the wrongs wings. After I waisted 30 min going there and back home. The girl helping was clueless on customer support and this spot is obviously lacking over watch and not exaggerating it smells like a sewer leak is happening in this covina wingstop. !"
