"They say they don't close until 1:00 a.m. but I walked in at 12:39 and they would not take my order That⬆️ was another night! 09/06/2025 I ordered a Korean barbecue and 12 buffalo I paid for all flats LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND SEE WHAT THEY GAVE ME The phone doesn't work they don't care about fixing it I'm just going to say it the staff here is Latina/ Latino and they don't care they'll give you whatever they feel like it. Also she said what when I walked up to the counter, not how may I help you, or what can I get for you? She said what; like I was bothering her. I guess this is professionalism nowadays🤷🏽🤷🏽🤦🤦🤦"

"I usually come here and pick up orders with no issues thanks to the great employees, but today I encountered a new staff member I hadn’t seen before. She was rude, and on top of that the service was not completed properly. Management needs to take action regarding this."

"Ordered the Boneless wing meal deal through the app around 10pm. 5 of the new Hot Honey Rub, 5 Spicy Korean, 5 hickory smoked BBQ, and 5 Lemon pepper boneless wings plus a large order of fries, 2 dips included, all for 20$ with Tax included. Quickly made for pick up, crispy wings, very well seasoned, friendly staff at the pick up counter. Its open till midnight. Would recommended this new location spot."
