"I ordered on 2/16/26 in the evening. I placed an order for 30 Garlic Parmesan wings. 20 as part of the Meal for Two and 10 as part of the 80¢ wings promotion. Unfortunately, my order was not as expected. The 20 wings from the Meal for Two were supposed to be Garlic Parmesan but had no seasoning at all. The fries were also unseasoned. The chicken was cold and stale just 10 minutes after pickup. I’ve been a regular Wingstop customer and have always enjoyed the quality, so this experience was disappointing."

"Placed an online order. Says 4-9 mins, so happy that i don't have to wait too long. Then i went into the store after 9 mins. They say it'd take 5 more mins, which is no problem not surprised. So i wait in my car and come back in after 10min, another guy says it's not ready. So i wait inside. Trying to be patient i sat on the chair 15 min. Finally they didn't seem to be doing anything so i walk up and ask if the order is ready. Crazy the order was ready long time ago and they didn't bother to let me know. Maybe i should've been impatient ask them more often maybe slap my phone up their face now and then"

"This location takes an inconsiderable amount of time to make food, there’s absolutely no reason 3 chicken tenders should take over an hour. They also tend to forget drinks in orders whether in person or online."

"Now I know why it's 3 stars. I ordered 10 boneless wings and i got chicken breast cut in small pieces to look like wings. Every single of them were hard, dry overcooked or probably re warmed cut of chicken breast. I only ate 1 and throw them out and heading to get food from somewhere else."

"I ordered my meal ahead of time for pick up through doordash, and when I got here they said they didnt have my order and someone must of taken it. No apologies, or accountability. Who ever runs this place needs to train their employees better. This place is a joke. Go to fire wings instead."
