"I forgot to leave a review on Super Bowl Sunday, but this team was AMAZING!!! Of course everyone is gonna preorder for 2:30pm when the game starts at 3:30pm. Of course people are gonna want their wings AT 2:30, but that’s impossible, if people wa t their wings fresh and hot. Anyway, they did great at handling the large crowd and pressure. Thanks for the HOT hot wings, smiles, and the hustle!"

"The manager has a temper like a child! I was called late at night as I was getting my kids into bed about an order issue I had written to wingstop. The manager was huffy puffy about THEIR mistake with their poor food quality. Some wings overcooked, some undercooked, with pink chicken still on the BONE. Insane. They wanted me to bring back the food after I had told them that’s not possible for me to do late at night. I was going to wait until customer service representative on their website could help me because they offered nothing to begin with. Food was terrible. Customer service was insane, calling me late at night because you messed up an order! It was literally harassment and the moment I spoke up for myself she hung up because she knew she was wrong. So insane! I hope they fire this woman she clearly should not be cooking or managing ANYTHING with a horrible attitude! This was on 11/23/25 at 8:30PM and whoever was managing this night was terrible."

"We ordered here yesterday 11/16/2025 and I am 1000% positive we got food poisioning. We are both stuck at home today with extreme bathroom symptons. Coming out both ends. My hubby is worse cause he ate mine and his, I actually didnt finish my order cause it was gross, Fries were cold chicken was slimy and rubbery, I specifically asked for extra crispy fried extra hard. Not sure whats up with this location but we have never had an issue with WingStop. I will be calling today for a full refund."

"Please check your fountain drinks everyday to see if they taste the way they should. I got a sprite and when I when home and took a sip it was nasty and I ended up throwing it and that was a waste of my money, even if it was couple of dollars."

"Not sure why every time we order here, when I order Cajun dry rub, I get buffalo. Fries soggy and cold, chicken rubbery and wrong flavors. Yall are terrible. Its always this location and its always the same crap"
