"AND THEN we wonder why restaurants in Fillmore don't make it! When to pick up my food on 8/8/25 around 930pm and a house dog, with no leash, barks at me from inside the store. I go in, dog still barking, as I approach the register. I even had to walk away since it got close to my legs and the owner (sitting with the manager) didn't even bother to hold his dog only because "it doesn't like wearing a leash". I told him to get his dog. The manager, sitting there, didn't even bother to tell his friend anything until I told him the second time. Seriously! The staff here have no sense of customer service. It was not even a service dog and didn't even have a collar. #unsanitary"

"I’ve had some really consistent experiences here. This branch is way better than Oxnard. Always cooked to special instruction (well done). Quality of wings and food is always really good."

"Tried Wing Stop today. It was awful. I couldn’t even finish it. I got boneless, so maybe it’s my fault for trying them over regular wings. They were such poor quality. Heavy breading and rubbery chicken. Got original hot sauce. That was fine, but the chicken was just inedible. The blue cheese dip tasted cheap and flavorless. Even the fries were bad. How does that happen? It’s a potato. The service was fine - pretty standard. The place was empty though, and now I can see why. It seems like they ought specialize in chicken since that’s the only offering, but this was an absolute disgrace. And for almost $20.00, not worth coming back. Can’t leave it one star though because I suppose it could always be worse."

"Sorry, but Wingstop has to be one of the slowest and dirtiest I’ve come to. I love Wingstop, but today’s visit was just disturbing how dirty it was inside, including the soda machine, which had dry soda marks all over it. Also, the touchscreen soda machine was filthy, and I had to use a napkin to touch it. You can tell they have a hard time holding staff service took longer 30 minutes to get a 15 piece combo Lastly, the pricing is crazy expensive now almost $40 for a two person meal. Oh well."

"The cashier was very rude to me and he was walking away while I was ordering. I felt very rushed when I was ordering my food and I didn’t feel comfortable. The food was good I just wish he was a little nicer."
