"I thought wingstop had great wings until I ordered here. Soggiest wings I've ever had. Shaky tables while waiting and a pickup service that took much longer than it should have on an empty day. No thanks."

"I’ve always been a huge fan of Wingstop, especially their lemon pepper wings, which I order often. However, my latest experience was extremely disappointing. Last night, I placed my usual order, but when it arrived, everything was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them, and the wings were just as bad. I tried to enjoy my meal, but after just two wings, I had to throw out my entire $50 order. It was absolutely disgusting—everything was too salty, too peppery, and way too seasoned. I was really looking forward to this cheat meal, but it was impossible to enjoy. It was a late-night order, so maybe the cook wasn’t paying attention, but whoever prepared my food did a terrible job. I ended up wasting my money and throwing out all of it. I hope this is just a one-time issue, but it was a major letdown."

"General manager is a shitty person to talk to over the phone can't even place an order for a meal deal he says I have to go online first time ever heard about that I've done multiple times over the phone yet he refused to help me horrible customer service. I also work in management and I always try to find a way to say yes to my customers this guy this 'general manager" didn't want to help didn't give a shit. I won't be ordering late night from this place."
