"Wing stop review. July 11, 2025 was my first ever and last visit to a Wing Stop. This location is a health violation in the making. My wife and stopped in to grab a bite to eat. After we placed our order we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait for a simple order of a six piece bone in wings combo and a chicken sandwich combo. We opted to eat in which was a huge mistake. Although they have table seating a majority of the seats were being occupied by people waiting to pick up orders. Only two tables were being used by people dinning in. The rest were occupied by people waiting for orders. As we waited for a table to open up we grabbed our drinks from the drink machine in the corner. While we waited we noticed trash being left on the tables and not one staff member came to clear or clean a couple of tables that opened up. I located a table to sit down, to speed things along I grabbed the trash from the table to throw away only to find there were no trash bins in the store. I asked a staff member if they had a trash bin. She did not answer the question but offered to take the trash from me. I inquired if I could have a table wiped down. This request fell on deaf ears. I returned to my table to chat with my wife and still no one came to clean our table. My wife and I used some disposable wipes to clean our table. As we sat there I could see dust particles floating in the air. I then began observing the rest off my surroundings, from the appearance of the restaurant, staff interaction with the customers, and the customers coming in to place and pick up orders. It seemed like more priority was given to pickup orders than the people that walked in. Twenty minutes went by and our order was not ready. Then then thirty and eventually forty minutes had past and not one call out to inform us our order was ready. I observed a couple of people still waiting from the time we had arrived and got up to inquire about the status of our order. There seemed to be some confusion from the staff member in locating our order. By now, we had been waiting for 43 minutes. Apparently our order had been misplaced and was sitting in a bag with the to-go orders for god knows how long. I was handed our food and politely said thank you and sat down to eat. I sat down at the table that we cleaned and we began unboxing our food and took a few pictures before eating. We first tried the "seasoned fries". They were "SALTY" "af"! I tried a bite of my "chicken sandwich " which was dipped in their traditional hot sauce. After two bites I was done eating. The chicken sandwich was dry and slightly undercooked. My wife tried her bone in "Hot wings" which were also dry and soaked in sauce. I tried one and confirmed her experience. We then cleaned up our table for someone else to sit and handed our unfinished meal which was now deemed trash to a staff member to discard. July 12, 2025, I woke up feeling nauseous, having stomach pains and bubble guts. I have been bed ridden for a majority of the day with the exception of my frequent visits to the batroom. I feel like I've been food poisoned. Food quality: poor, undercooked chicken, overly salted fries. Wait time: an abominable lengthy 43 mins. Restaurant cleanliness: Needs improvement!!! The floors, table tops, and windows were dirty! The tables and counters needed to be cleaned. Staff: cashier was friendly yet dismissive, kitchen staff lack of maturity. No presence of a manager/supervisor. Restroom: I did not enter but did notice a couple of staff members go while we waited. One staff member was in the restroom for at least 20 minutes. My post albeit negative in nature, let it be an instrument for change for this establishments corrections that are needed."

"All the wings we got were hard. Don’t order your wings late or they will give you old ones to refry they were also salty."

"I am writing this review to convey my disappointment with the food quality. I ordered two chicken tender meals, which seemed to prioritize speed over quality. The food was soggy, and my request for extra crispy tenders was not met. Furthermore, the soda machine was not operational, leaving only lemonade as an option, with a scarcity of ice and condiments. The staff's attitude and lack of customer service skills were noticeable. I am unsure who the management is, but it is evident that they are not fulfilling their responsibilities. This location may require new management. I will no longer support or dine at this establishment."

"With prices going up what's up with these tenders looking like chicken nuggets. 🐔, i should've checked my order but once i got home i noticed i was also missing my fries. $1.75 for ranch? Wait time was off. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after arriving 5 minutes past my ready time. Main reason I've avoided wingstop. Wings are still 🔥"

"I love their wings but this location always forgets to add part of the order. I ordered 2 orders of the 20 for 20 and 10 piece cajun corn …boyfriend had to wait on wings to cook and later we realized the corn was missing 😠 I called and apparently I never ordered from that location and they couldn’t find my order with my information. Makes me wonder how a hacker purchased Wingstop a couple months ago using my bank card information. Since I didn’t go pick up my order I would have noticed as I do all the time but this time I was so fixated on eating delicious wings I didn’t realized the missing corn. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE EVEN IF YOU JUST WANT TO GRAB AND GO BECAUSE YOU’RE STARVING."
