"When I came in begging to use the bathroom and offering to buy whatever they wanted me to, a drink or anything they wanted the worker and then manager at 11:30pm on Tuesday 9/9/2025 wouldn't let me. Being over 60 I have a gluten intolerance so it was really cruel and humiliating. I do not recommend this establishment."

"DO NOT EAT HERE. It was late and the restaurant had one hour left and all the chairs had been set up the tables, I ordered a large 10 piece wings bone in 5 mango and 5 atomic. I waited 20 minutes for it and when they handed it to me the girl that made my food repeated the order a 10 piece wings order 5 mango and 5 atomic I said yes that is correct, she had the order sealed with a huge sticker guaranteed it was correct, checked and followed health protocols. When I got home too my dissatisfaction and disappointed surprise Wing stop only gave me 8 pieces of wings and charged me full price for a large 10 piece. I still haven't gotten a refund from what they have shorted from my order and this issue remains unresolved to this day. Unbelievable...a year later....they are still A-holes....they blocked and closed the bathroom so I would not use it. (It's what racist people do when they don't like you to use their bathrooms) and the lady emphasized I'd by blocking the doors with high chairs glaring at me with disgust....it was 8:45 p.m. and they started flashing the lights so I would leave whilst they were blaring Christian music singing 'holy, holy, holy' why did I even come back to this trash of a place....and she even has the insult to nod her head as if I was oblivious to what she did. So uncomfortable, awkward and like watching a crazy person."

"The laziest workers ever, I called 8 times before arriving to the store and no answer. I get there at 11pm and walk in to see no one at the counter. 2 employees come out one female and one male and say “oh sorry we are closed already there was an emergency with the cook”. First off you could have answered the phone so we didnt have to waste out gas and time. Second off the female working there had a bag of food to go home for herself. Third we seen the cook change his shoes in the parking lot, nothing was wrong with him accept for laziness obviously. Never go to this wack location!"
