"Wanted to try some wings for the first time. This was down right nasty 🤮. The wings(?) were a burnt crusty mess. Got the 2 person value deal, with 5 wings with 4 choices of toppings, got 2 that were hot, and two mild sauces. Nothing, absolutely nothing could penetrate the charcoal crust. Deep inside the things we thought were wings was a very tiny piece of chicken. 90% burnt crust and 10% chicken. Wow... And to top it off, the frys were luke warm to cool. I doubt I would visit any chicken wings place anywhere, Wingstop or any other after that nasty food."

"If you need your food by a certain time, set it to 30 minutes before that time. We ordered at 6:30 to be ready by 7. It’s 7:10 and they need 20 more minutes. Yikes."

"This place is great..the employees are nice and they keep it cool with the A/C ! It's nice to take a break from working out in the hot sun and come in here and chill out and eat some really good wings!"

"i ordered a 6pc combo at 7:40, got there at 7:55, not greeted, waited for 25 minutes got my food. i asked for my drink and the soda machine was dripping water, no ice, broken??"

"Came in the store (10 mins away from home) to order a 30 piece to go. (Had to wait 30 mins for my order) When I got home, my fries were the shake you find at the bottom of the bag. Greasy burn crumbs of fries. The whole order was like that. Was Horrible. Dinner ruined. I called and a “supervisor” said he would put me on the “books” and can only replace my fries, that it was all he can do. Per cooperation rules. So I have to drive 10 mins there and 10 mins back to get what I was supposed to get right the first time. So eat my chicken and 20-30 mins later (plus wait time) eat the fries alone. No I’ll throw in a small drink or a coupon for next time you come in. He was Rude and condescending! Making it seem he was doing me a favor. Corporate needs to train their “management” better!"
