"Despite the other reviews I went twice in a row and the customer service was IMMACULATE. First time bit of a wait for the food but it was fresh. Fries could’ve been better. Second time I called in and it was ready as soon as I got there STILL FRESH! Fries on point this time. But each the customer service was A1 Definitely plan on returning! Oh and to the person who left the review on the African American female, if that’s the same person I encountered on my first visit. She is NOTHING like how you depicted her. She was sweet as pie And went above and beyond to make my fast food experience easy."

"Very disappointed with my service today. Order a 6pc combo today 02/24/2026 at 4:37 p.m online pick up order. Got there early didn’t wait at all my food was on the shelf ready. All 6 boneless wings COLD. This never ever happens. First time today,"

"everytime i go to Wingstop by Barton road in grand terrace, i get the rudest,worst workers that’s disrespectful to me. The workers by the pickup are always grumpy and has a mean smirk that’s checking for my name. Today, may 2nd 2025 i got my pickup and the lady (blonde/black hair with a low bun or claw clip, hispanic) sweared she checked my bag but when i got home there was no sauce that i brought. I was so mad because one, she had an attitude and second, she wanted me to pay extra for my sauce that i already brought."

"The food was good I’m not going to lie BUT none of the workers wear gloves OR hairnets, one of the worker came into work, went straight into the kitchen and started cooking the wings. Not sanitary at all"
