"Whoever the cook was Fri night 2/20/26 at 1030 pm had my wings overcooked and hard. It was so hard to chew! I ordered a 15 piece bone in deal with the fries. A waste of money! Do better!"

"On Thursday January 2 nd around 8 PM. My son ordered 24 $ worth of food at the nearest location which was supposed to be this one. He walked in for about 30 minutes he was told a few times they were making it. After 30 minutes he was told the app ordered it for the location on Century. They refused to coordinate with the other location call them to cancel his order & make it for him. He had no way of doing that in the app. & the Century location wasn’t answering. So, he had to walk for 1 hour !!! Since he young anyone else would have had to do it for 3 hours or just give up. Not everyone drives. Horrible , poor, offensive , disrespectful customer service. Does Wing stop treat ALL their customers this way? Or just young people that stay polite & respectful. If that is so how are they still in business. The food is not that good or healthy. My son usually gets Woodys. He was literally trying to get something convenient at the end of a hard day work & long commute. SHAME!!! on the manager for not making this right. & it was the manager. Because the employee was new & that’s why he kept on asking about the order & what to do. Numerous times within 30 minutes. The manager should have figured out right away that it wasn’t for this location. Than have a way, if there is no way WING STOP !!! make a way. To communicate with the other locations manager cancel the order there & make my sons food that he paid 24$!!! for fresh , in a timely manner with no hassle. WING STOP! DO BETTER!!! My son spend 24$ WITH WING STOP IN YOUR APP!!! YOU DIDN’T TREAT HIM LIKE A CUSTOMER!!!"

"I’ve ordered here plenty of times and the wings are always good. However, today I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the wings. I ordered hot honey rub wings and they barely had any seasoning. They tasted more like plain wings than any hot honey rub. I also ordered BBQ wings and they weren’t even covered in the sauce. The fries as well were cut way too thick."

"These people need to move with the sense of urgency! Just because there’s one person in the front and the rest of the people are in the back messing around and not wanting to help or saying i don’t know or wait is not the customer service I’m looking forward too specially if I paid 50 dollars for it ! Management needs to set up their game here"
