"Came in after work to check out the new Wing Stop. It was fairly busy but there was standing room inside. Took a while to place my order as alot of staff are new but I expected that as today was their grand opening at this location. Staff were friendly and could tell they were trying to be helpful. My walk up order took about 25 minutes to recieve but the order was prepared correctly and the items were fresh given it's right by my house. I'd definitely go again and worth checking out especially as the staff become more seasoned."

"Was helped out by Alissa, ordered just 5 wings and waited for about 25 almost 30 minutes before I decided to ask how much longer. The other girl working reached behind her on the rack and handed it to me. They treated my order like it was online and not once called my name out even though I was sitting inside the restaurant waiting the entire time. Terrible service from both ladies working tonight..."

"Ordered online as it stated 16-21 minute ready time, waited the 20 minutes, went inside to find out they "lost my order" had to wait for them to "figure out the problem" which took an additional 35 minutes. There is 14 customers currently waiting for their orders. Very unorganized. I'd bet this place won't last with the way they are performing."

"Changed review from 5 stars to 1. Wish I could give zero. The last time on my lunch I ordered online and came at the max wait time it stated (40 minutes) just to end up with only 5 minutes to spare on my lunch to actually get my food (extra 25 minutes). It dripped so much oil all over my car and bag. Was not well done like i ordered, and then i decided to add a drink which somehow ended up being more than if i were to get a combo. Everybody in the store was waiting and very angry and I understand maybe they were busy but the older woman working kind of seemed to lack urgency. I was just gonna take that as it were because I can understand not having enough staff to cover the volume of orders. Although waiting 50 minutes is pretty ridiculous. UNTIL I came back tonight. Online you can order by the piece and it COMES with ranch, Karely came up to me smiling and laughing already and I tried to order by the piece and she laughed in my face and said you can't order that, with a rude tone.I told her I had just ordered it a day ago, and she kept laughing in my face and saying well we're not supposed to. I could handle that but I don't understand why she felt like it was okay to be so condescending. Without arguing I looked at the menu to see what my options were. But her passive demeanor grew and i became more uncomfortable as tension filled the 1 minute space.With no more words being said she replied OK ill do it for you this one time and she kept laughing and smiling, shaking her head even. It was so gross I had to step outside to remove myself from that unsettling energy.While she continued to fill out orders she kept staring at me very insolently. I am extremely confused wondering if I know her personally? After I got my order, I asked if I could have ranch and she doesn't say anything just laughs again and charges me at the register and walks away, I didn't even understand that she was charging me extra for it. Never had this happened before, again if this is normal, I wish she would have been communicative instead of the aggression i got. it's literally just wing stop it's not that serious. It's RANCH. charging for $2.16 for RANCH and not explaining that either. She also told me if I wanted to leave a survey I could but I noticed the name on my receipt would have been under Alissa's. I find it horrifying to know that she was content giving that kind of service under another coworkers name. I just find her behavior excessively vapid, audacious,, hostile, uninviting and strange. There was a car show outside as well so several people must have been coming in. Every person that came in would ask for their order, she said they didn't have it, until the person looked up the name on the order and then she would find it. Happened to 3 customers while I sat inside the store after waiting outside a bit to breathe. She could have asked them their order or to check their phones, anything but she simply is impractical employee.It was all unnecessary. I asked for her name she whispered "karena.,,," i said karena? she said karen, i asked again "Im sorry?". turned my head to hear her better and she said karely. Very contrasting behavior to the one initially displayed, I doubt that this review will have any productive impact at all honestly so I'm not sure for the sudden reserved behavior. I was so happy about my other visit, I told all my coworkers and customers about this place until I kept hearing about the older woman who works during the day who charges you twice and takes forever to fill out orders. (happened to me on my lunch). I was willing to justify 3 of my previous experiences before this. Originally giving this place 5 stars for the wonderful Alissa, and for that, I truly am sorry. I hope she continues to excel in everything else because was sweet, attentive, humorous and exceptional in customer service. There is a woman with short hair and another with a long denim skirt who seem to be just as kind. Unfortunately all good things must end."

"The lobby is super small, other than that everything was as ordered, quick pickup, delicious as always. Update as of 07/01/25: 1,000,000x better than Cane's"
