"I don't even know where to start with this one. I reached out to the driver to find out his ETA. He essentially told me he wasn't coming. Doordash canceled my order so I had to order again. Go to pick up my second order and I'm greeted by the homeless person at the door that followed me right on in. The sweet girl that works there let me know that my previous order was stolen and that my money would be refunded. Called Doordash, they said to call wingstop and as of this post I still have almost $200 tied up in some chicken..... Edit: One Month later...... I STILL have yet to receive ANY refund at all. I paid $160 for chicken and only got half of it. I've called and emailed corporate, talked to the store manager twice and they could have walked my refund to me by now. I'm sure there are better chicken places in L.A."

"Their service is so bad over there at 2323 W Manchester the lady ANSWER the phone was very rude. n Jan 29,2026 about 3:15 pm stay on on for 25 min. It's definitely NOT no five star."

"Damn, I had to re review... last few times, fries have been soggy, no seasoning, and I specifically asked for both... wings little and way too many drums and not enough flats, the drums to flats ratio have been terrible... overall, I've been highly dissatisfied and wasted money the last 3 times"
