"I order a four count chicken strip, and they were overcooked , not sure either they reheated them or overcooked them. I’m very disappointed on the quality on this visit . They’re very greasy to the point when you eat them Your left with a greasy film in your teeth and mouth….. like waxy. The rest of my order was good. Just disappointed on my chicken strips. Please don’t reheat food and give it to your paying customers. That’s not fair and poor judgement."

"First, I wasn’t greeted outside for my order like most other chick fil a’s.. then the boy taking my order was not polite or have good energy during my order. Once I got my food, half of the fries were scrapes of all the broken fries. I asked the girl at the window what was up with all of the differences at their place and she said “maybe because it’s a franchise, I don’t know.” If you’re going to own a chick fil a, follow the standard of operations that every other place follows."

"Quality control is terrible. Chicken is black from it being overcooked and fries were undercooked and clumped together. Picked up from drive through and came back to work. Only resolution offered when calling the restaurant was to go back and that's not possible since I am working. This should have not happened in the first place."

"I normally have no issues here but this was ridiculous on all levels. Make me think this was on purpose can't be an accident. How do you put a sandwich in the box with only the bottom bread 🤔"

"I’ve tried to be patient, but this location has been missing the mark lately. My last three orders all had issues—items missing each time, and on the most recent order my drink cup had a hole in the bottom and leaked everywhere. When you’re spending $40–$60 on a single order, it’s frustrating to get home and realize food is missing, especially with DoorDash where you can’t just go back to fix it. The staff is friendly, but order accuracy and basic quality checks really need more attention. I just want to get what I paid for."
