"Manager needs to check to make sure these workers are doing there jobs. If a mobile order is coming in make sure it’s ready not just the food but the drinks as well. Any pickup by customer or a food delivery driver. These people shouldn’t have to do your job. Update 10/17/23 Well a week later and nothing has changed. You come in to pick up and apparently it’s a delivery drivers job to get soda. Instead of chatting away and leaning on walls, how about do your job. Such a disappointment. Hire better like non lazy employees or get new management so changes can happen and you can make actual progress. Update 10/20/23 Would like to know why it’s a delivery persons job to do a restaurants job? That’s all I want to know. Person comes in picks up delivery items and leaves. So why does the workers tell the delivery person here fill the drinks yourself. Please explain. Get the whole story first before you make it personal and take down my reviews. Update 10/25/23 Arrive no one notices the front needing help. Still chatting in the back. I’m ready for my food they choose to walk away no words how rude. Man I feel sorry for these delivery drivers I watched them having to serve drinks cause the workers here are lazy and rude. They aren’t paid to get drinks they are paid to pick up and drop off. The drivers shouldn’t have to touch the drinks. The restaurant employees are certified to prepare all items for health reasons. Anyways this place definitely needs help from top to bottom. This place needs change. Update 12/5/23 It’s been three months and management still hasn’t made improvements. Every time I pick up my food I ordered I have to get my own drink. I’m always catching the workers yapping in the back keeping customers waiting cooks staring at you saying nothing to the cashiers there’s no sense of self awareness or urgency. Instead of talking how about making the drinks ready for pickup which takes about 5 seconds. Just do your job and everything is good. There was a new worker there I think yesterday and he had the drink ready I was astonished give this man a raise he knows how to do his job. Well done sir. Fix this uncalled for service. Update - 12/11/23 Well done today new guy with glasses I think was very quick and on point with customer service good job. Lady at register could choose to be more friendly but nonetheless great job on being a little more efficient. Update - 1/26/24 Well new year same old problems. Now even new workers are just as lazy as the veteran workers. I guess work is too much for them. Can’t even have food or drinks ready for pickup. Workers look lost. One guy forgot to give a customer the rest of his change. Line is like a 15 minute wait. There’s three registers and only one is working at that register. The rest is chatting or really slow and inefficient and getting nothing done. How do you have so many workers at once and have only one person working in front it doesn’t make sense. This place never changes. Update - 1/31/24 No change from management just disappointing service lazy workers refuse to do their job. SMH. Update - 4/24/24 Picked up food yesterday and my drink wasn’t ready for pickup. Please fix this. This has continued to be a problem for so many months now. You can learn something from chronic tacos they know how to serve their customers. Everything is always ready. Get rid of the lazy workers and you’ll get more stars. Update - 4/30/24 No change from workers or management. Needs new management to make effective change. Instead of talking just make things happen. Completely empty inside and still same actions. Disappointment. SMH. Update - 8/31/24 Such a disappointing place. I was looking forward to my order and didn’t receive part of it. Changes still need to be made in management and workers competency to make sure to double check that all the items are received. SMH. Come on y’all you want more stars you have to earn it."

"Guys you need to eat at this place! The food, amazing…the service, incredible… the vibes, immaculate! I was craving wing stop for 4 weeks now, and they delivered. I almost started crying eating this food from how good it was. Thank you, wingstop."

"Haven't been to Wingstop in awhile. Have to say I won't be back anytime soon. Lemon pepper wings dry and salty Atomic wings not cooked all the way n dry French fries salty So disappointed 😞"
