"Hi this is late review however I just got out of work and my mother told me about her upsetting experience at this Wingstop around 5pm. She came in asking about a special she had seen online. Unfortunately, she does not speak or read English well and didn’t realize the deal was online-only. Instead of helping her or kindly explaining how it worked, the employees refused to assist her and told her it was “not their job” to help. What made this worse was that they laughed at her, returned her phone, and made her feel embarrassed and small. One of the employees was short and wearing glasses that day. I understand that online orders may be policy, but there is no excuse for humiliating a customer, especially someone struggling with a language barrier. A little patience or basic respect would have gone a long way. I hope the manager can look into this situation, because no customer should leave feeling disrespected or mocked. Took place Sunday 5pm"

"Please explain how I put down for 2 large fries get 2 smalls then re order for the large and gives us another small and I then I asked for range SHE SAYS FRIRES DONT COME WITH RANCH i said OK CAN WE ADD RANCH ON THE SIDE she repeats herself and I repeat myself and this processed to go on until everyone is yelling for her to understand I WANTED RANCH ON THE SIDE ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PUT RANCH IN A BAG"

"Ordered the lemon pepper boneless they poured all the butter sauce on top just had them soaking in it plus they was cooked hard. when asked why did they pour all that butter on top he said and I quote "There's nothing we can do because we turned the fryers off so I asked for a refund. Then the manager Gabriel did refund and then told me I won't receive my refund for 5-7 days I asked it take 5-7 days and I used debit then I asked what was the other guys name and he said I won't tell you that. And I said as a manager you can't tell me your employee name and he said his manager said he can't do that. I will never spend my money at the east side wing stop again."

"If I could I would give them 0 stars. First time ordering from here. Staff is rude and restaurant is dirty. When I arrived home the wings had feathers on them! 🤢"

"This Wingstop needs to get it together! I place an order online at 6:45 I was told to arrive at 7:15 I arrived at 7:20 paid for my food and was told it would be right out did not get my order till after 8. When I asked how much longer they acted like there was no receipt so I presented them with my own receipt showing it was paid in full somehow my order of 40 wings and sides mysteriously walked out the door. this store needs to be a lot cleaner everything is swept to one side of the store and not picked up trash on floors blown out soda cabinet sticky tables this store is waiting for health code enforcement to come in and give them a four-page write-up."
