"I have not eat at this location in a long time now I know why. The food was not that great the chicken was barley seasoned and was really tuff and chewy to eat my jaws got tired from chewing and once the skin came of the chicken was flavorless the flats have a little bit more seasoning then the drumsticks but they are really tough to eat/chew. and also not to mention I paid for three ranches and the waitress made sure to tell me that when I went in there to pick up my order but guess what there was only two sauces instead of three. I got the lemon pepper wings and food was really salty like really salty with not being a lot of seasoning on the wings to be that way. didn't really have a lot of lemon pepper flavor yeah that ruined my taste for Wingstop and I won't be going back for a long long time if I ever do huge thumbs 👎🏾 I'm very disappointed..I wish I could post a picturee of how the wings looked and the seasoning because I took pictures for it to be that salty with no seasoning mostly skin on on the chicken and no seasoning to be that salty just wow and my fries were the Same way 🤦🏾‍♂️"

"This restaurant is very disorganized and mismanaged. I placed an order online on 02/15/26 and it said ready in 19-24 minutes. When I arrived about 10 minutes after ordering I needed to use the restroom which was disgusting. I came out asked for my order and it wasn't ready yet. I sit down inside on the bench and witness 5-8 people order and then received their order. I get up and ask for my order again and they can't find it. So finally after 41 minutes I ask for my money back and magically they find my order hiding on the shelf. Needless to say, I got my money back and left the cold food."

"My order looked like they tried to save boxes every jammed into two boxes. My ranch was side ways and mostly spilled out into the bag. They need to do better."

"My large family and I decided to come here for lunch. Great choice. Ended up with a 50 piece bone-in family pack. Everything was good and the customer service was really good as well. We will definitely come back."

"Wait time is never accurate. Expect to wait 15+ minutes every time. (Edit) they ended up messing up the entire order. After a long time of waiting, I had to go up myself and ask if my order is ready yet. And it was on the shelf the whole time. Food was cold."
