"Waited about an hour for 40 wings. Was not that busy. They're fries are hardly edible, the amount of salt and seasoning on it was overbearing. No trash cans inside, what. The ond trashcan outside has a mountain of trash coming out of it. Crazy work straight up"

"My order was packaged incorrectly, thats a small issue that I can live with. The young lady who got on the phone said I couldnt speak with a manager because they dont speak english. I asked her how am i supposed to make a complaint to the manager if they dont speak english. She told me not to mention the fact that they cant speak english, that its offensive. Not only did she have an attitude, she was speaking over me and cutting off my sentences. when i asked for her name again, so I can report my situation appropriately, she said, Im not comfortable giving you my name, then said thank you and hung up on me. when we called back, my spouse spoke to carlos, who said the young ladys name is maria, I feel like she said a different when i initially called but its the only young lady working on saturday 3/7/2026 and im going to tell you from someone that works in service, all she did was make a frustrating situation so much worse by being rude and disrespectful. After getting off the phone with her, not only was I very upset, but the feeling of being disrespected by someone when i called for help is infuriating."

"One of the worst wing stops I have ever been too! Me and my partner went in and he said we had a pick up and he said the name three times and the employee still couldn’t find it when it was right in her face. I ordered Parmesan seasoned corn and got Cajun seasoned. We went to go ask for them to remake it we never got it and sat on the restaurant for a whole 30-35 minutes and ate our other food. Go ahead and check it out if you want your order to be messed up."

"Came to this wingstop 3 weeks ago, bought a family pack & the chicken was raw. My kids almost threw up after tasting the raw rubbery chicken. They said they would refund my money, yet it's been close to a month & I still haven't received anything. Now they don't even answer my messages. No updates or nothing. Horrible place & horrible customer service."

"The downside of moving to a new city, much less a new state, is not having your go-to restaurants around anymore. Upside to moving is getting to try new places. I've been dying to find a good wings place since moving back to SoCal and everyone kept telling me to go to Winstop. Finally decided to give them a try and I wasn't disappointed. The good was great and the prices were good for the amount. It did take a little bit to get our order and definitely will be asking for the wings to be extra wet next time, because the sauces were delicious but fine too soon! Place was very small and quite busy even though we were there on a weekday and closer to close, but the atmosphere was homie. Overall, it was great and will be looking for a Wingstop closer to my town for a quick late night bite! #organicad #lfthnx"
