"Fries were INCREDIBLY DRY AND CRUNCHY like IN N OUT. If you can break one open and see down inside from diffrent angles then they are old. If I get sick I have the receipt and will definitely check myself into the hospital and send them the bill."

"I stop buy today coming from Arkansas and the food was so delicious fresh and the staff was amazing smiling and greeting ever Was working the manger was even be helpful tables where clean so was the restroom will be coming back on my way up going home thank you wingstop"

"I DoorDashed my order. Which was a 10 classic wing. The wings tasted like they were fried in old fish grease... the wings was so tough that, I thought from eating a chicken wing my porcelain veneer crowns were going to pop off ... this is no exaggeration i mentioned that the chicken wing tasted like, fish wings not to mention they kinda sort of had a lil bloody taste to them as well.... Ok FASTWARD First let me say "it was late night when I received my order " it was a little after 11pm when I had time to start eating... I bit one wing, fist thing i noticed was how hard they were to bite and eat. I then to proceed to continue try and hope that they would have gotten better than the first one! I thought wrong ... like I stated it was late so I wrapped the food up. I said to myself, I'll call the following day to see if I can have my order remade trying not to be difficult, even tho I paid $43 for a Ten piece combo, veggie sticks and a brownie.... ok The very Next day ; I call this Wing Stop @ : 4005 Mac Arthur Blvd in Oakland California.... thinking that the manger Carlos would have been considered & understand instead he wanted to investigate me... what time did I get my food and what it did I attempt to eat the food. I told him that I received me my food around 10pm I processed to eat about an hour or so after receiving the food.. Carlos then made a remark saying that, "that's probably why the chicken wings was hard/tough bc you wanted almost two hours to eat them"... i definitely don't believe that he was telling the truth . I've taken chicken wings to work the next day for lunch after they have been kept in the refrigerator over and put in the microwave,, and then tasted fine... Carlos then says that he won't be able to help me because I didn't bring the food back the same night.. like if I felt like leave home I wouldn't have door dashed, being that I have 3 cars in my driveway... Carlos treated me as if I was a criminal and I was literally trying to make this as easy as possible just wanting him to remake my order.. my appetite was completely ruined.... I've attached some necessary photos to show you all what I didnt eat. Here are 8/10 wings, fries, veggies sticks and brownie were all untouched!!! I was treated very rudely by Carlos he kept telling me that he didnt have my name on the computer as if I hadn't made the purchase of this particular store... Carlos knew from the time that he figured out, I was an African American female and he had the power to to tell me no he wasn't remaking nothing he had already classified me as a liar,and Thief and was going to give me every reason he possibly could to not remake my order... shame on you Carlos for for treating me in such manner.. I really think Mr. RICK ROSS should listen to the conversation between Carlos and I.. so he can have his opinion as to if I was treated fairly or not.."

"Horrible food. None of our wings were seasoned. It was all thrown in the bag, fries everywhere, and sauces were spilling or had left over residue from a spill in the refrigerator, it was all over the bag and other sauces. When I contacted the store staff member let me know there was no manager to talk to but later during the conversation said she was "technically" the manager. Definitely check your bag before leaving the store."

"Food is fine, We usually don't have any issues as we order quite often at this location. BUT majority of the workers need to learn basic customer service and know how to talk to customers. There is one younger Hispanic guy that is always good, efficient and QUICK but all others need to be retrained. When there is a mistake made, be accountable and make it right. I know when it's busy it gets hectic and understandable that mistakes happen. But when a customer states there was an item that was paid for is missing, dont argue and make a commotion amongst your co-workers. Own up to your mistake and correct it. A simple apology is always acceptable as well. Do better."
